Situated at Primrose Valley on the ever popular Bay View, this premier, extra wide 3 bedroom caravan comes complete with a large, wrap around balcony with extraordinary panoramic views from Filey Brigg to Bempton Cliffs. Relax on sunny days with tea or coffee on the comfortable, rattan sofa. Enjoy al fresco dining looking out over the bay. Sunrises from the east facing balcony are breathtaking and it's worth staying up late to watch the moon over the North Sea.

This luxury 6 berth caravan boasts central heating and double glazing together with lounge, kitchen diner, spacious family shower room and three bedrooms including a magnificent double master suite with dressing area (space for a travel cot) and separate WC. There are two further twin bedrooms, the first of which has adult sized single beds. All bedrooms include a wall mounted TV.

The modern kitchen is unusually spacious and comes complete with washer, dishwasher, a large family sized gas hob, built in oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer and all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery - all perfect for preparing family meals.

With parking for two cars and direct access to a stretch of golden sand via a choice of two cliff paths, this holiday home is perfectly situated on a generous plot that is quiet yet within a few minutes walk of the main entertainment complex. Children can play safely on a grassy, open area immediately outside and accessed by a second set of balcony steps.

The Bay View area has a friendly and tidy aspect and with no through road, making this a quiet yet convenient location - arguably the best on park.

The modern and stylish interior has been given some beautiful personal touches, giving this holiday home a more welcoming and comfortable feel.
There is a TV, Wi-Fi and a ready supply of board games.

An end of stay clean is included in your booking and a supply of cleaning products is available under the sink to enable you to keep the caravan pristine during your visit.

The main family bathroom consists of a generous double shower cubicle with power shower, modern sink unit, shaver point, toilet and heated towel rail, with ample shelving for all your bathroom paraphernalia.

Please remember to bring bathroom and kitchen towels, toilet roll and a bath mat or two. Large bin liners are also needed for the kitchen.

All bedding, gas and electricity are included in the prices quoted and as the caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating to all rooms, this the perfect place to stay for an out of season break! Whilst entertainment passes are not included in our holidays, these can be purchased quickly and easily directly from Haven.

Weekend lettings are Fri-Mon
Mid-week lettings are Mon-Fri

HOW TO BOOK:

Our holiday home can be reserved for a £100/£200 non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment is by direct bank transfer and can be paid in installments or in one lump sum at any point before the due date.

IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!

Unlike many private caravan owners, we do not require a security bond (against any damage) - we trust that our guests will treat our holiday home with the same respect that we do. Whilst we understand that accidents can sometimes happen, please ensure that these are reported to the people who do the key handover as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue before the next guests arrive (after you leave).

Please be aware that any damage or breakages of more than a nominal fee (over £10) must be paid for and will be billed directly to the customer by either Haven or ourselves. This includes any deep cleans deemed necessary or any discretionary refunds to guests that follow you into the caravan should we be unable to present our holiday home in our usual pristine condition.

This is strictly a NO-SMOKING and NO PETS CARAVAN. Evidence of either will result in the customer being billed for a deep clean.

Whilst BBQs are allowed on park, Haven rules stipulate that these should be held well away from any caravans. BBQs are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN on the balcony of our holiday home.

The deposit is non-refundable. In cases of cancellation only the balance will be refunded and only if the holiday is re-sold. In some circumstances (usually at short notice) this may be at a reduced cost to the original advertised price. In such cases guests will be refunded only the amount of the re-sale value, minus the deposit.

ON A FINAL NOTE.... if you are looking for a more than just a place to sleep, if you are looking for a luxurious, stylish and homely caravan in a quiet, private area with no thoroughfare, yet just minutes from the action of the main complex and the beach, then this is the place for you. Whilst we are by no means the cheapest place to stay on park, we do pride ourselves in being the very best!

All that we would ask is that you treat it with the same respect that we do.
