Our family run, loved and spacious caravan for hire on Primrose Valley Holiday Park, is situated in Pine Ridge, just a short distance from the all the entertainment.
Looking for the perfect getaway? Our beautifully presented, Primrose Valley caravan for hire, offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay and is just a short distance from all amenities and entertainment, for all age groups.
This double glazed and central heated caravan sleeping up to 8 guests. It offers a master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinet, over head storage and a smart TV; two bedroom with two single beds in each, along with a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and TV; plus a sofa bed in the lounge.
The spacious and comfortable living area includes a 3 and 2 seater sofa (2 seater converts to a bed), Smart TV, Xbox, PlayStation, DVDs, games and a DAB radio.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area includes a gas cooker, microwave, fridge with quarter size freezer, kettle, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker and toastie maker for easy meals, along with all crockery, cutlery and cookware. There’s also a dining table. An iron is provided for convenience too.
The main bathroom has a good size shower, toilet with wash basin and storage. There’s also a separate toilet with hand basin and storage.
Outside, we have a private decking/veranda, complete with outdoor furniture; ideal for relaxing summer days. A BBQ with utensils is provided too. Parking is available next to the caravan, with a lovely fenced off, grass area just outside.
Additional features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher and blanket. All safety checks are fully up to date.
Bedding is included and beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
Bookings & Conditions
Check in time is 2pm. Departure time is by 10am. The key safe access code will be provided on your arrival day.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your dates. The full balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date.
A £50 refundable security bond is also required, which will be paid back after checks have been made following your departure.
While listed as no pets, small pets may be considered, but please enquire first. For those with allergies, please be advised that dogs have been in this caravan.
House rules: no smoking, no vaping, no EV charging from the caravan.

About the Area
Our lovely family holiday caravan for hire is located on the fantastic, 5* Primrose Valley Holiday Park.This family-friendly Park has two indoor pools and one outdoor pool, along with many, many activities on offer, so there is plenty for everyone. These include an inflatable arena, the big jump, bungee trampolines, Nerf training camp, foot golf, aerial adventure, pedalos, kayak coaching, archery, activitots/kids, ranger actives, creative studio and an outdoor cinema.
For your day and evening entertainment, the Park hosts the live lounge and showbar with the amazing return of the fun packed, nostalgic 90’s Tiger Club so plenty of fun for kids and the big kids out there.
For dining there’s The Five Stones (Wetherspoons), The Lakehouse, Slim Chickens, Burger King, Papa John’s Pizza, Cooks fish and chips, Millie’s Cookies, seaside treats and mini market.
Primrose Valley Holiday Park is nestled in the middle of the beautiful seaside towns of Scarborough and Bridlington, next to Filey and Hunmanby Gap, with its very own beach accesses. It’s also within bus or driving distance of many other places, such as Flamingoland, farms and a sea life sanctuary, so you will never be without something to do.
