Our luxury GOLD signature holiday home on Primrose Valley Holiday Park, provides spacious accommodation and is perfect for couples and families.

Beach House is an Ambleside brand of caravan lodge, graded Luxury Platinum Plus, that is situated in position 'A' - Cormorant - sea birds location on Primrose Valley Holiday Park near Filey.

It is also a mere 22 metres from the pathway down to the award winning Filey beach, where you can walk into Filey in 30 minutes. If you'd rather sit relaxing on the large wraparound deck though, you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and cliffs.

Double patio doors lead from the decking into a spacious open plan lounge/diner, where you will find two freestanding sofas, enabling you to sit in comfort and take in those stunning sea views. One of the sofas converts easily into a comfortable double bed. There's a 43" Smart TV, DVD player, a quality sound bar and Wi-Fi. In addition, you will find a built-in Bluetooth sound system to play your favourite tunes!

The kitchen has ample cupboard space and is fully equipped with all you may require, including all crockery, pots, pans, a toaster, coffee machine (pods not included), a wide 5-ring hob, built-in oven/grill, built-in microwave and a full size integrated fridge/freezer. There's also a one and half bowl sink under the window, offering views of Filey Brigg and the sea, as well as a full-size dishwasher (dishwasher tablets not included) and washing machine (liquid not included).

The doorway leads to a large entrance hall, with a tall cupboard housing the combi boiler and alarm, along with a hoover.

The stunning family bathroom has a powerful shower, WC and basin.

The master king size bedroom suite has a comfortable king size bed, a dressing table, 43" Smart TV, large wardrobe in the dressing area and an en-suite bathroom, with a second powerful shower, WC and basin.

The second bedroom has two 3' single beds with storage underneath, along with a wardrobe, stylish dressing table, TV and views of the sea.

The central heating and all of the gas appliances in this stunning accommodation run from piped gas, meaning you never have to worry about it running out.

We accept one to two pets at no extra charges. Please let us know your pet breed as this is agreed under arrangement.

Bed linen is NOT included in our hire price, but can be purchased at a set fee of £20.

Bath towels are not included but we do supply hand towels & bath mats!

We DO NOT include Haven play passes as it is now against park rules to supply passes. Haven pass are available 12 week before with online code.

Holiday Keys are located in a key safe at the caravan with a unique code.

We can occasionally accept Saturday check in for 7 or 14 nights & 5 night requests Monday - Saturday stays

WIFI is FREE so we don’t guarantee WIFI availability at any point during your stay.
