Experience comfort and relaxation in our stunning Abi Horizon caravan, located on Pine Ridge, Primrose Valley Holiday Park in Filey, Yorkshire. This modern 36ftx12ft, 6-8 berth holiday home offers a stylish and cozy retreat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.


Caravan Features:

• Spacious Lounge & Dining Area – Enjoy a comfortable seating space with a 43” Smart TV, Free Wi-Fi, Alexa, and a stunning fireplace with adjustable mood lighting.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes a full-size cooker, microwave, coffee machine, air fryer, sandwich toaster, and more.
• Three Bedrooms – Each features fitted wardrobes and bedside tables for added convenience.
• Two Bathrooms – One with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin, and another with a toilet and hand basin.
• Private Furnished Decking – Perfect for soaking up the sun and listening to the calming sounds of the sea.
• Prime Location – Just a 5-minute walk to the main complex and 10 minutes to the stunning beach.
• Parking – Dedicated parking space right beside the caravan.


Additional Information:

• No Smoking Policy – Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.
• Pet Friendly – We welcome well-behaved pets.
• Freshly Made Beds – All beds are made up on arrival at no extra cost.


Utilities & Wi-Fi:

• Water, gas, and electricity are included in the rental price.
• Free Wi-Fi is provided, but availability cannot be guaranteed throughout your stay.


Booking & Payment Details:

• Deposit: A £50 deposit secures your booking.
• Security Bond: A £50 refundable bond is required to cover any damages or breakages.
• Payment: The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival, with the option to pay in instalments.


Rental Options:

• Monday – Friday (4 nights)
• Friday – Monday (3 nights)
• Monday – Monday (7 nights)
• Friday – Friday (7 nights)
• Saturday – Saturday (7 nights)
• Extended Stays Available – 10 or 14-night stays can be arranged.


Check-In & Check-Out:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM – You will receive an email with the key safe code before arrival, so there’s no need to queue at reception.
• Check-out: 10:00 AM


Haven Passes:

• Passes can be purchased online or at reception upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot supply passes directly.
• A Haven code will be emailed 12 weeks before your holiday.
Complimentary Welcome Pack:
To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide:
• Towels and tea towels
• Tea, coffee, sugar, and fresh milk
• A special welcome pack on arrival
