Caravan Description

This ‘Platinum’ grade, top of the range caravan for hire on Primrose Valley Holiday Park, is our brand new (2025) family-owned caravan that’s absolutely stunning. It boasts double glazing and central heating throughout, along with all the added extras you would find in a luxury holiday home.

We are situated in a cul-de-sac on ‘The Lakes’ making it very peaceful. It is also just a few minutes’ walk from The Lake House and a 10-15 minute walk from the main complex.

We also have Wi-Fi for your use during your stay.

The living room, dining room and kitchen is open plan, with patio doors leading onto the wraparound, enclosed veranda.

In the open plan living room there are two sofas, a coffee table, electric fire and a Smart TV. A Wi-Fi router is provided for unlimited Wi-Fi during your stay.

The extremely modern kitchen is very spacious and comes complete with a 5 ring gas hob, full oven, full size fridge freeze, built-in microwave, kettle, toaster and an air fryer.

Through the door off the kitchen, the hallway leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger than average main bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite with shower. The twin bedroom has two full size single beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage and an extra thick mattress on each bed.

Bed linen is included, but please remember to bring your own towels as these are NOT supplied.

For your convenience we have provided an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and straighteners. We can also provide a travel cot and highchair if required.

To the front of the caravan is an allocated parking space for one car.

Gas (piped) and electricity are included in the price.

The charging electric vehicles is strictly prohibited. Charging points are available on site and located near the main complex.



Booking & Conditions.

A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The full balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date.

A £100 refundable damages deposit will be added to your balance and returned once the caravan has been checked and no loss, damage and/or breakages reported, or the need for an excessive clean.

Booking are taken on Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday and Friday to Friday with the minimum stay being 3 nights.

Check in is 4pm and check out is by 10am.

Keys are accessed via a key safe, the code for which you will be provided before your arrival date.

Entertainment passes are NOT included, these can be purchased online before your arrival or from reception when you arrive.

STRICTLY NO smoking/vaping in the caravan. If evidence of such is found upon inspection, the damages deposit will NOT be refunded.

Sorry, NO pets.

NO BBQs on the veranda.

NO same sex parties.

Lead passenger must be over 21 years old.

All guests must respect other holiday makers and follow park rules.
