Caravan Description
Relax in a new, fully central heated and double glazed caravan on Parkdean Resorts’ Cayton Bay Holiday Park in Scarborough.
This lovely caravan for holiday hire, has one master bedroom with wardrobes and two twin bedded rooms, both with wardrobe.
There is a shower room with shower, wash basin and toilet, along with a separate toilet with hand basin.
The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, good sized fridge freezer and plenty of cupboards, along with all utensils, crockery and cutlery. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
Within the living area you will find a two seater sofa, a three 3 seater sofa, a flat screen TV and DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs.
All bedding and bed linen is provided, including duvets and pillows, and beds will be made up ready for your arrival. At the end of your stay, we ask that you strip the bedding off and put in the bags provided.
Tea towels and oven gloves also provided. Bath towels, hand towels etc. are not provided.
There is decking furniture provided for your use, along with a couple of collapsible chairs. Please cover up when finished.

Pets are NOT ALLOWED
Smoking in strictly NOT ALLOWED in the caravan or outside on the decking area. Should you need to smoke, please only do so off the decking - a sand filled pot is provided off the decking for cigarette stubs.
A security deposit of £150 is required. This will is refunded at the end of your stay as long as everything is found to be in order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.
Check in time is at 4pm. Check out time is by 10am.

Cayton Bay Holiday Park is a Parkdean Resorts family friendly holiday park, with lots of things to do for families and couples. Passes can be purchased at the Reception, which will enable you to access all of the park’s facilities, including: evening entertainment in the show bar, indoor swimming pool, crazy golf, assault course, pitch and putt, kids’ clubs, launderette, amusement arcade with VR section, indoor soft play, Boathouse restaurant and an outdoor entertainment area.
Local bus routes stop outside the holiday park entrance, with routes to Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington. A further bus can be caught in Scarborough, taking you into Whitby.
There is a pub across the road called The Towbar. This establishment does a fine menu of food and beverages and also has a large beer garden.
The beach is only a ten minute walk from the Park’s entrance.
Within the local area you’ll find scenic walks, a golf course, pubs, fishing, takeaways and local history to explore.
