Caravan Description

Layton Bay Caravan is located in the Cedars area of Cayton Bay Holiday Park, and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

This ‘Home from Home’ gas central heated caravan is situated on the perfect plot; directly opposite the entertainment complex but far enough away to have a peaceful evening in, should you prefer.

Situated approximately 5 miles from the Seaside Town of Scarborough and 5 miles from Filey, with direct access to Cayton Bay Beach, our caravan is in the perfect location.

The open plan living area consists of L shaped sofa seating (with small double pull-out sofa bed), a 40” Smart TV, FREE unlimited Wi-Fi, a modern electric fire and a dining table with two buffets and built-in sofa bench.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering holiday needs and includes a gas oven/hob/grill, microwave, air-fryer, small fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, utensils, crockery and glassware. There is also a small ironing board, iron and hoover should you need.

The main double bedroom has an en-suite toilet, built-in double wardrobe with hangers, a dressing table with mirror, plus a hairdryer.

The twin bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and mirror.

The family bathroom has a WC, shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and mirror.



Booking Conditions

- Fuel and power are included within the rental charge.

- Bed Linen is provided or you can take your own - please just let us know.

- Some hand towels and flannels are provided, but must not be removed from the caravan.

- We DO NOT supply towels for swimming and/or shower.

- NO smoking allowed

- ONE small / medium sized dog only. As per park rules, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. With the exception of guide dogs and dogs for disabled, no dogs are allowed in any facility building.

- Leisure and Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price of your holiday. However, guests may purchase at Reception should they be required. Please contact Parkdean for prices.

- A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your dates.

- A £75 security deposit is required which will be refunded to you within 5 working days of your departure date, aslong as everything is damage free and in good order.

- The full balance (minus the £50 non refundable deposit) must be paid 6 weeks before your check in date.

- Check In time is 3pm and Check Out is 10:30am.

- There is a key safe at the caravan where you will find the keys. The code of the safe will be given on your arrival day.
