Caravan Description

Our lovely central heated and double glazed caravan for hire on Cayton Bay Holiday Park, has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, double wardrobe, two small lamps and a Smart TV, along with an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The second bedroom has twin single beds, a wardrobe and TV. There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge.

In the lounge is a wraparound sofa, incorporating a double pull-out bed, a gas fire, Smart TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. There’s also a table and seating.

Within the fully equipped kitchen you will find all you need for a comfortable, self-catering holiday, including an air fryer, slow cooker, kettle, toaster etc., along with all cookware, crockery and cutlery. An iron, ironing board and Hoover are also provided.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and shelving.

Outside we have a gated decking, to allow little ones and/or dogs to play safely and securely.



Bookings & Conditions

NO smoking allowed.

I do allow up to two small dogs at an additional cost of £30 each.

Entertainment Passes are NOT included in our rental cost, but can be purchased directly from Reception should you require them.

A £50 deposit will be required to secure your holiday. The full balance must be received 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

The initial £50 deposit will then be used as your security deposit, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked on your departure and everything found to be in good order. Please allow up to 7 days for this.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is by 10am.

Keys will be in a key safe at the caravan, so you won’t need to queue. I will provide the number on your day of arrival.
