Caravan Description

Our ABI Elan 2 bedroom caravan with wrap around decking is situated in a quiet location, just a 5 minute walk to the main park facilities. The caravan also has a BATH fitted in the main bedroom en suite.

From the lounge there are front patio doors leading on to a large wrap around decking which is furnished with a rattan cube set consisting of dining table and chairs. Built in caravan lighting provides illumination to the deck which is supplemented by LED deck lights.

The caravan is centrally heated and double glazed with additional heating available via an electric feature fire fitted in the lounge.

The lounge provides a large L-shaped seating area with a 42" Smart TV and DVD player.A number of sockets in the caravan have integrated USB charging points.

The dining area consists of a free standing dining table with 4 chairs. The open plan kitchen has a built-in oven, grill and 4 burner hob with externally vented cooker hood.

The main bedroom is furnished with a KING size walk around bed, bedside tables, dressing table with seat and drawer space with a hair dryer provided. Wardrobes provide additional storage. There is also a 24" Smart TV with integral DVD player built-in. Off the bedroom is an ensuite bathroom comprising a wash hand basin, WC and BATH.

The second bedroom contains twin single beds, bedside cabinet, hanging space and drawer storage. There is also a 24"TV mounted on the wall.

The main bathroom has a wash hand basin, WC and a large shower cubicle. A 240/120v shaver socket is provided.

All quilts, pillows, bottom sheets and pillowcases are included, so you only need bring a KING size and two single duvet covers with you, along with any towels or dishcloths.

To access the main park complex entertainment passes are required, these are NOT INCLUDED in the price of your holiday, however they can be purchased from Haven at an additional cost.

We meet and greet all guests, arrival time is Saturday between 3 and 4pm and departure the following Saturday by 10am.

Included in your stay, at no extra cost: kitchen roll, washing up liquid, two toilet rolls and to the front of the caravan is a dedicated parking space.



TO BOOK

If you would like to book a £50 deposit and a £100 refundable bond is required to reserve your stay with the outstanding balance due 6 weeks before arrival.

We ask that guests leave the caravan in a clean and tidy state. Your bond Is fully refundable (within 5 days of your departure) unless damage has occurred or the caravan is left unclean/untidy. A list of our terms and conditions will be sent to you during the booking process.
