Caravan Description

Welcome to our 36’ x 12’ Arizona caravan for hire on Barmston Beach Holiday Park in beautiful coastal Yorkshire, ideally situated just 10 minutes from the beach.

The caravan is a four berth and is comprised of two bedrooms - a double with two large wardrobes, dressing table and en-suite, and a twin bedded room with wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a heater.

The open plan lounge consists of a 6 seater sofa, gas fire, TV and a dining area with table and 4 chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need on your holiday, including all crockery, cutlery and cookware; kids’ cutlery, cups, plates and bowls; a compact fridge freezer, plus separate freezer; a microwave, toaster and kettle; and a full size oven with grill.

The spacious bathroom has a recently installed shower, toilet and wash basin, plus a heated towel rail.

Also within the caravan you will find a vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, hairdryer and all cleaning products.

Outside we have a decking area with table and chairs.

On your arrival you will be greeted with complimentary wine (red and white) and a pack of fruit juice for the children.

Bookings & Conditions

Arrival time is 2pm. The keys will be available at Reception.

Departure time is by 10am.

A £100 deposit will be required within 7 days of booking. This is non-returnable if cancelled.

The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival at the caravan.

Passes are on sale at Reception if you wish to purchase them. These are not included in our rental price.


There is also a bus service provided on site, with services to Bridlington and Hornsea.
