Caravan Description
This is a luxury caravan with a sea view, double glazing and gas central heating. (sea view may be lost at some point in the future due to coastal erosion).
There are two bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and a double beds; one has a TV and en-suite with shower. There is also a separate bathroom with large walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 5 burner hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, slow cooker, toaster, kettle etc. There is a dining area with a table, 4 chairs and a display unit.
The lounge has a corner suite, which converts into a double bed, a reclining chair, a Shackleton chair, a 32" flat screen TV and casual tables. There is also a fireplace with coal effect fire. Sliding doors open onto patio with sea view.
A non returnable deposit of £100 is required within 7 days of booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.

About the Area
On site there is a club with entertainment, a bar, restaurant, take away, soft play area and amusements. Also on site is an outdoor heated family pool (May-September), play area, launderette, and shop.There is beach access nearby.
A bus service runs from the site to the nearby seaside resorts of Bridlington and Hornsea.
