Caravan Description

We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mobile home to let on Les Charmettes, complete with double glazing and central heating.

Our mobile home on Les Charmettes, offers 3 bedrooms, which are comprised of a double bedroom with en-suite, and two twin bedded rooms.

There is a second, separate WC, along with a separate shower room with wash basin.

Within the kitchen of the mobile home is a washing machine, dishwasher, four burner gas hob, fan assisted oven, microwave and large fridge freezer.

In the lounge we have a satellite Smart TV with a good range of channels (including radio and music TV) and a DVD player.

Outside is a covered decking for al fresco dining, with ample seating, also a rattan furniture suite. There is also additional garden furniture/loungers.

Parking is available on the pitch.

Our mobile home is located close to all the amenities on Les Charmettes, whilst also being in a tranquil position.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is not provided so please remember to bring with you.

Les Charmettes

Les Charmettes offers plenty of facilities on site, including 2 pool complexes; the larger having a covered/heated pool. The large outdoor complex offers splash pad areas for younger children, along with a 3 slide pool for all, and 2 further pools. There are ample loungers/chairs for even the busiest months, plus a large presence of lifeguards for reassurance.

There is the creperie café alongside the pool too, serving lots of snacks, crepes, ice cream and drinks. At the foot of the pool is the Plus Restaurant, serving a varied menu for all the family and at very reasonable prices. Adjoining is the Blue Rock Bar with its outdoor bar as well as pool tables and sports TV inside. Outside there is a theatre with live bands, cinema, live sporting events and the Animation team events. Then there is the Equinox indoor theatre and bar, offering varied entertainment.

There are plenty of other facilities available on site including basketball courts, tennis courts, boules areas, football pitches, crazy golf, a well equipped gym, and at the main entrance quad and go karting. At the far end of the site (Siblu 2) there is a further pool with a play area and pool snack bar.

Places to Visit

Should you wish to explore the local area there are many places close by that are well worth a visit, including:

. La Palmyre, with its world renowned zoo, twice weekly market, plus bars and restaurants a plenty
. La Grande Cote and Cote Sauvage, with their fantastic beaches and cycle paths
. Royan (approx 20 min drive), with everything a seaside resort can offer, including live concerts throughout the summer months for the whole family
. La Rochelle (45 min drive), a must see with a fantastic aquarium and cobbled shopping streets, also an abundance of restaurants to suit every pocket
. Marrennes (15 min drive), with its oyster museum and charming oyster shacks selling fresh seafood
. St Palais Sur-Mer (10 min drive), a beautiful little chic town with a fantastic small cove beach
. Vaux Sur-Mer (15 min drive), again a must visit
. Talmont (30 min drive), with its Romanesque village and great vistas.
