Caravan Description
We have a brand new 3 bedroom mobile home to let in Siblu’s flagship Park, Les Charmettes, which is situated in the Charante Martime, near to Royan and La Palmyre.
Our mobile, which is a spacious Delta Mia Casa is situated on a quiet roadway, but not too far from all the excellent amenities Les Charmettes has to offer.
The main double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the two other bedrooms offer twin beds. There is also the option to convert the seating in the lounge to a bed.
The modern lounge has comfortable seating with an LCD TV with satellite TV, radio and DVD player, for entertainment. We also offer the use of a Sky TV decoder (details from owner).
The balmy days can be counteracted by a full size air conditioning unit.
The kitchen is modern with full size oven/hob, fridge freezer, and microwave and fully stocked with all the utensils you require.
This mobile has a covered and enclosed deck, which acts as a further living room, especially for parents to unwind in the evening time. There's also a table and chairs, plus BBQ.
Our pitch is very large with room for small children to play safely. There is a playground within sight of the front of our mobile home, which offers parents and children the security of safe play.

About the Area
Les Charmettes is renowned as one of Siblu’s flagship parks. It offers clubs for all aged children through the day to great entertainment with shows in the evening.There is all-weather football pitches, tennis courts, basketball courts, boules, volleyball on site with a golf course 10 minutes away. The pool on site is excellent and a full day can be spent in the 5 pools, catering for all ages. The pool is always monitored by trained lifeguard.

There are numerous places to visit outside the confines of the site with the star attraction being the Zoo at La Palmyre; this is a must visit! There are also aerial assault courses close-by which offers great entertainment to all the family. Discounted tickets can be purchased on site.
This side of France offers breathtaking views from secluded and tranquil beaches, which are 5 minutes away from the site.
Local villages such as La Tremblade, La Palmyre, Arvert, Les Mathes and the town of Royan offer fine restaurants which offer a diverse selection to satisfy all palates.
This will be your most enjoyable holiday imaginable.
