Caravan Description
Our Trigano Tendance mobile home accommodates 6 persons. it has three bedrooms, 1 double room with an en-suite shower/toilet at one end, and 2 twin bedded rooms with a separate toilet and shower at the other end.
It has a large central lounge/diner/kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave and gas cooker, along with Freeview UK Satellite TV and a DVD player. It has newly installed air conditioning.
Two double quilts, four single quilts and plus pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own pillow cases, sheets and duvet covers, towels and tea-towels. Alternatively, these items are available to hire from Siblu via their online boutique.
Our mobile home on Les Charmettes, is situated on its own secluded plot with 6ft high hedges on three sides. We also have a large 3m x 6m covered terrace with patio table and chairs, along with two sun loungers and rattan style lounge suite. Outside on the large patio there is a gas BBQ.
Fun passes are not included in the rental price, but can be ordered in advance from the Siblu boutique at a discounted price.
Les Charmettes
Our mobile home is sited on the Les Charmettes Park, which is run by Siblu where English is spoken. It is approximately 4.5 to 5 hours’ drive from Saint-Malo and about 40 miles south of La Rochelle near Royan, and surrounded by the La Coubre forest.
Site Facilities include:
Restaurant/Bars, Take away food bar/pizzeria, Supermarket, Launderette (coin operated), Entertainment venue, Creperie/ice cream parlour, Playgrounds, table tennis, boules, circuit training course and multi sports pitch. There is also a hairdresser and beauty treatment room.
The two large outdoor pools and an indoor pool plus children’s Splash zone and paddling pools are all heated and together with the water flume and slides are all supervised by trained lifeguards.
Pool Table, Sky TV in bar French & English screens, Nightly cabaret (May – Sept), Cycle hire (May – Sept), 3 Kid’s clubs for 1-14+ years, Football area.
Archery*, Crazy Golf*, Tennis Courts*, Fun Fitness with the “A” Club*, Fitness Zone Gym* especially created for adults.
These activities require a Sports Pass, which can be purchased from Reception.

About the Area
There are plenty of attractions nearby with La Palmyre beach 3 miles down the road. La Palmyre Zoo is only 5 minutes away by car from the site and is well worth a visit with children.There are Quad bikes within walking distance of the park. It is a very flat area which makes it ideal for cycling and there are cycle tracks all around and through the forest.
La Palmyre has a varied selection of restaurants to choose from. Luna Park funfair is open in July and August.
There are wonderful sandy beaches to visit, various vineyards and oyster beds.
The Troglodyte Caves at Meschers, Ile D’Oleron with a boat trip around Fort Boyard, the Cognac Distillery and the Aquarium at La Rochelle are all well worth a visit and there is so much more to see and do.
