Superbly situated on the superb 4* Les Amiaux Holiday Park, our newly renovated Holiday Home is now available for rental for 2020 and 2021 from just £99 per week.

Set only a short walk away from the beautiful Vendee coastline in the fabulous St Jean De Monts area, 'Le Petit Maison' has been extensively renovated this year and offers quality accommodation for families of up to 5.

This 10ft x 36ft static holiday caravan has all amenities and home from home comforts present.

Extensively refurbished this year, 'Le Petit Maison' provides full attention to detail throughout and has everything you may need within to have a superb holiday in this stylish resort.

The holiday home comprises of two bedrooms, which includes one superbly furnished master double and a very functional twin room. Both are decorated and finished to a high standard, with blackout binds and Mosquito nets for a perfect night’s sleep. Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and plenty of hangers provided.

A fully equipped kitchen adjoins the tastefully furnished lounge, where you will find a gas fire, large sofa and separate dining area.

There is a decent sized shower room and separate toilet.

Outside we have a table and 6 chairs for your comfort, together with a 3m2 marquee to provide shelter from the sun should you need it. There are also 2 reclining chairs to sunbath on with additional table and adequate car parking space in front. The pitch benefits from a mature hedge running around 3 sides to give perfect privacy. The position of 'Le Petit Maison' means that it is in the sun all day.

Bike hire and BBQ hire are available from our on-site English representative.

Bookings & Conditions

All Bookings are subject to availability as shown on the ‘Price & Availability’ tab above.

Check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check out is by 10am on day of departure. We regret that this is not negotiable, due to turnaround times being so limited, especially in peak season.

The holiday home is available to rent on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. If you require a shorter period (minimum 3 days), please enquire - we may be able to accommodate if the week has no bookings. Prices will be on a pro rata basis.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. The balance due must be paid 30 days prior to arrival - we will invoice you when it is due.

A £75 security deposit is also required against damage and/or breakages to our property, which is fully refunded within 7 days of your departure following successful inspection. You will be required to leave the home in the exact state that you found it - clean and tidy etc.

The key will be found on a security box by the front door of the home. The code will be issued a week prior to your visit.


Location

Les Amiaux is a highly rated, 4* family run holiday village set on the outskirts of the vibrant town St Jean de Montes. It is an approximate 10 minute walk from the beach, which is a superb, family friendly, 8km stretch of pure sand that is regarded as one of the best beaches in France, beautifully set on the Vendee Coastline

'Le Petit Maison' is set in a quiet, well-located pitch close to the swimming pool, reception, restaurant and entertainments.

The complex has everything that you would need for a perfect family holiday. There are no additional charges to use any of the facilities - all are included during your stay with us.

English is spoken throughout and there are Safe Boxes should you require them.

Wi-Fi available from Reception, although there is a small charge should you require this.

In fact, everything you need for a superb family holiday is on tap.

In the surrounding areas there is much to do. St Jean de Montes is a colourful typically French Seaside Town a few mins away where you will find a colourful market in full throw at least twice a week. Within 800 yards there is a fabulous coastline with safe sandy beaches for excellent swimming days.

Away from Site there are many things to enjoy. The beautiful Island of Noirmoutier is a 25 minute drive and has a wealth of activities based on its shores; a fine Aqua Park, a mini French village, Seaworld and a fine daily French market are just a start. The distinctive white washed houses with terracotta roofs give this Island a unique feel, while the entire coastline is ringed with spectacular, safe family sandy beaches. The Island is linked to the mainland by a bridge, but for added fun, you can take the famous 'Passage de Gois' sea road - only available for 4 hours a day at very low tide, the road is medieval and cobbled with several lookout towers for viewing the perfect seabed and sands left exposed. Once the tide comes in, the road is submerged by 20 feet of water and goes to sleep until the next day - well worth a visit and most certainly a 'must do' on your trip.

Beautiful towns and beaches up and down this fabulous area are on tap. Whether it is French style crazy golf or just picking up a baguette with local jam and watching the world go by - it really is a superb place to spend your holiday.
