Caravan Description
We have for hire, our 6 berth static caravan sited at Camping Les Amiaux in Saint Jean de Monts, the Vendee region.
Fully equipped for 6 people with quality appliances our tastefully decorated caravan provides a comfortable, relaxing, home from home base for your holiday. All you need to bring is bed linen, towels etc (although these can be hired at an additional cost). All the bedrooms have mattress and pillow protectors. The twin beds feature brand new quilted mattress toppers whilst the double bed features a luxury 12” thick comfortable mattress.
A gazebo allows you to make the most of the outdoors come rain or shine, along with table, chairs and sturdy parasol. We also have beach chairs, windbreak etc for you to use at the beach. A gas bbq allows you to enjoy al fresco dining.
Location
Les Amiaux is a family owned and run 4* site. It is well equipped with one outdoor swimming pool, a new children's splash pool (with water sprays and slides - only 6 inches deep approx.), one indoor heated pool with separate children's indoor pool in an enclosed complex complete with changing area and showers, plus an outside slide pool.
On site facilities include a licensed bar and restaurant offering good food and nightly entertainment, plus Wi-Fi is available on the site at an additional cost (with reception)
Also on site are outdoor play areas for the kids, a mini market and a launderette.
Just off site there are walks and cycle paths through woods and access to a fantastic large sandy beach
Supermarkets: There is a choice of supermarkets located in St Jean de Monts with petrol stations attached.
The site is situated between the bustling resort of St Jean de Monts (4km) with a long sandy beach and lots of restaurants and bars and the smaller/quieter resort Notre Dame de Monts (4km) which also has a lovely beach, several bars and restaurants. There is a more unspoilt and relaxed vibe to the resort. A network of purpose built cycle routes through the coastal forest provides an excellent opportunity to get out and explore.

It is well equipped with one outdoor swimming pool, a new children's splash pool (with water sprays and slides - only 6 inches deep approx.), one indoor heated pool with separate children's indoor pool in an enclosed complex complete with changing area and showers, plus an outside slide pool.On site facilities include a licensed bar and restaurant offering good food and nightly entertainment, plus Wi-Fi is available on the site and be picked up in the mobile home.
Also on site are pool tables and a games area, an outside cafe area, mini supermarket and newsagents. There is a launderette on site if needed.
There are 2 tennis courts, gym, an all-weather football/basketball pitch, several children's play areas, outdoor table tennis, and several clean toilet and shower blocks. There is also a children's club and activities.

Nearby is an excellent spa, horse riding, wind surfing, sand yacht racing sailing boat hire and lessons, and a quad bike circuit (for all age groups) with a network of purpose built cycle routes through the coastal forest.
