This IRM Luminosa mobile home is for hire at Le Bois Dormant in the town of St Jean de Monts in the Vendee. It is situated in the 600's on a large, sunny plot in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short walk from the main pool/entertainment area.

This spacious mobile home has three bedrooms: one double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and vanity unit; and with two twin bedrooms, both with their own wardrobe. There is also a pull-out double sofa bed in the living area.

In addition to the en-suite there is a second, separate toilet and a second, separate shower room with vanity unit.

The kitchen and living area are open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. 2 sets of double doors that open out from the kitchen onto a covered decking area, which has a separate dining table and chairs; ideal for outside dining. A gas barbecue is also provided for your use, along with outdoor sunbeds.

The living area has a large L shaped sofa, satellite TV with UK Freeview channels, a DVD player and radio/CD player.

The mobile home has its own parking area.

Gas, electric and visitors tax are all included in our rental price.

A £300 deposit is taken to secure the booking ( this will be refunded after your departure if the Mobile home is left clean and undamaged, any cost for repair or cleaning will be taken from this £300 ) bookings are from Saturday to Saturday arriving after 4pm on the day of your arrival and leaving before 10am on the day of your departure. Full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to arrival

Location

Le Bois Dormant is an English/French speaking, 4 star Siblu site situated in Saint Jean de Monts. It is just a short distance from the beach and the very popular sea front with its restaurants and shops.

On site you will find three swimming pools, one with a convertible roof for indoor or outdoor use, a spa bath, pool slides and sun terrace. There is also a children’s club, play areas and an enclosed football/basketball arena.

Bar and takeaway facilities are on site too, together with a large outdoor entertainment area.

Across the road from Le Bois Dormant is its sister site of Le Bois Masson, where there’s a restaurant, bar, nightclub and games room area, along with a further 3 pools, all of which you have access to. There are shops on both sites.

In peak season there is a kids’ club and a full programme of entertainment both during the day and at night, which includes dance shows, concerts, karaoke, cabaret and much more.

There are various supermarkets within a five minute drive of the Park.

The area is a cyclists paradise and locally there are plenty of activities and places to visit, such a water parks, karting, paint balling, adventure parks, quad biking, horse riding and surfing to name but a few.

Venturing further afield you will find safari parks of Planet Savage and Sables D’Olonne, along with the historical theme park of Puy de Fou.

Saint Jean de Monts is easily accessible by road or by air and it is within driving distance of several ports and airports:
