If you are a beach/coastal lover, the site is just a 35-40mins drive to several beautiful beaches.
Cabane du Lac is a luxury, totally refurbished static home, with a feeling of natural living. Set in its own private corner of the site, with view to the lake. It has a large master bedroom with king size bed (something you very rarely find in French statics), wardrobe, chest of drawers, air con, bedside cabinets, full length mirror. Alongside there is a second bedroom with a full-size single bed, dressing table/work desk, chair & chest of drawers. There’s also a sofa bed in the lounge area, which opens into a very large single (4') wide.
All rooms have been refurbished to a high standard, including the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a separate beer fridge, washing machine, gas hob, microwave and air fryer. Spacious work area, fully fitted with all small appliances, plus ample crockery, drinking glasses, cutlery etc. - everything you could wish for in a home from home property. The newly refurbished bathroom has a walk-in shower, flushable toilet, wash basin and running hot & cold water. The calor gas serves the hob and heats the hot water.
Cabane du Lac is situated on a quiet corner plot, with ample room for relaxing and spreading out. You will also find lots of board games, badminton net and rackets, boules etc. On site there are lots of activities for you to get involved in, like free fishing, Petanque (Boules), table tennis (hire bats from office), gymnastic equipment, lakeside walk, swimming in the heated outdoor pool.

The very comfortable lounge seats 4 people on 2 sofas (one of which is the sofa bed). There is a TV, electric wall heaters and an electric fire. From the lounge you walk on to the decking outside where you will find a lovely eating/relaxing area on the decking overlooking the lake, complete with comfortable outdoor dining furniture. This is all under a permanent waterproof veranda, which encompasses the dining area. For extra comfort, we have installed a mosquito net enabling comfortable dining no matter what time of day or night, free from bugs, wasps and any other creepy crawlies !!
Apart from the delightful on site restaurant, there is a French restaurant just a 10 minute walk away, where you can get a 3 course lunch for around 17 euros. Occasionally there are events organised on site, like a pig roast,, music, dancing, bands, market.
You can order baguettes and croissants from the on site office the day before for your convenience.


Bookings & Conditions

One small dog is allowed at an additional cost of £30. Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times. There is a dog walking area on site, near the pool.

A security deposit of £200 is required for all bookings. This is refundable once the holiday homes has been checked and no loss, damage and/or breakages have occurred, or the need for an excessive clean.

On site French Tourist Tax is payable for each person, which is approximately 1 Euro per night. Children under 16 are exempt. A copy of the site information will be sent to you upon booking.

Dates available for 2026 are offered on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday (minimum one week in weekly increments) – please see the ‘Price & Availability’ tab above.

Discounts are offered for longer stays.

Terms & Conditions

Site rules and general T & C's
Only 1 car is allowed on the plot. Extra vehicles can be parked on the general car park at the entrance of the site.
You will be issued a code to enter through the barrier.
Payment of the visitors tax should be paid directly to the office on site before you depart from your holiday.
There is an additional charge or £60 for cleaning the cabin
Large bath sheets, hand towels, tea towels, and 100% cotton bedding are available upon request at an additional charge,, depending on number of guests.
Bookings are from Friday to Friday, and are based on 7/14/21/28 day breaks.
A £200.00 damage deposit is payable, which will be refunded upon inspection of the cabin after your departure, assuming no damage has occurred. If so, an appropriate charge will be deducted.
An in-depth itinerary of places to go and see is available in the cabin, along with emergency numbers, local supermarkets etc.
