Caravan Description

Our 28ft caravan is privately sited on our 15 acre smallholding which is just outside the small village of Bronant, 12 miles south of the university town of Aberystwyth and 6 miles north of the small town of Tregaron. It is surrounded by glorious countryside with lovely views over our own land to the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains beyond. The caravan balcony is the ideal place to sit with your morning coffee and watch the sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening to watch a beautiful sunset.

We have erected numerous birdboxes in the surrounding trees and some of them have residence. The beautiful red kite can be seen soaring overhead every day.

The accommodation comprises of:-
1 double bedroom with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space and an electric panel heater.
1 twin bedroom with cupboard and wardrobe space.
Living room with freeview TV, Radio/CD player and heated by a gas fire.
A well equipped kitchen with a full size gas cooker, fridge with a small icebox, microwave and toaster.
Shower room with Shower, WHB and WC.

There are lovely countryside walks right from the door and Cors Caron (The Red Bog) nature reserve is only a 10 minute drive away.

Ynys Hir RSPB site and Dyfi Osprey Centre are within very easy reach.

We are approximately 8 miles from the lovely sandy beach at Llanrhystud where you can join the ceredigion coastal path and the well known beaches at Borth and Ynys Las are just the other side of Aberystwyth.

The popular Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is about 15 miles away.
