Nestled in the seaside town of Kinmel Bay, Conwy this inviting, pet friendly cottage is a great base for a family or a group of friends looking to explore the North Wales coast.
Park off-road and unpack with ease into this single-storey property, finding yourself in an amply fitted kitchen. Enjoy a heart-warming meal in the living/dining room or settle down into the sitting area and embark on a movie marathon. From here guests can access the enclosed, decked rear garden.
When sleep calls, freshen up in the bathroom with either a warm shower or a soak amongst the bubbles in the bath, before settling down into an extremely comfortable double or twin beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage for your belongings.

About the Area
Our holiday cottage in Kinmel Bay is close to a variety of shops, pubs, tasty eateries and of course, a lovely sandy beach, all within walking distance.There are water sports activities at Rhyl Harbour and Rhyl Yacht Club, as well as nature spotting opportunities at Kinmel Dunes Local Nature Reserve. The neighbouring town of Rhyl also houses another beach, a golf course and SeaQuarium. Or guests can travel a little further to Llandudno where there is another beach, loads of amenities, local shops, walks across the Great Orme and Little Orme and a promenade where guests can enjoy fish and chips. There’s also Llandudno Ski and Snowboard Centre.
From Llandudno, visit Conwy, where there is a magnificent castle and RSPB nature reserve, or head further into Anglesey with its stunning beaches or Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, where there are ample walks, mountain biking trails and watersports activities.
There is something for everyone with a stay at 5 Woodside Avenue, Kinmel Bay.
