Caravan Description
We have a luxury 6 berth central heated and double glazed caravan, which is an ABI Ambleside, 2016 model.
The double bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite facilities, WC, wash basin and full size shower and walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage space, chest of draws and dressing table with wall mounted TV.
The second bedroom has two 3ft twin beds, wardrobe and cupboard with storage space and a 22in wall mounted TV.
There is a family bathroom with full size shower, WC, wash basin, vanity unit and a shelved wall unit.
The fully fitted kitchen which includes a fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, all cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.
In the spacious lounge with an electric fire, there is a 42" TV, DVD player and radio/stereo.
We have a raised decking front and back with patio furniture for you to enjoy the sea views with car parking adjacent to the caravan.
All bedding is provided except for sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers. You will also need to bring your own towels & tea towels.
For guest use is our sun loungers, chairs and a parasol.
The caravan is within easy walking distances, are Sandy Bay, Coney Beach and Porthcawl shopping centre.
Caravan is only available to couples and families.
Please note: We do not provide entertainment passes. Passes are easily obtained at the Owner Select for a reasonable price.

About the Area
Trecco Bay Holiday Park in a pardean holiday site. It is a beachside location with excellent facilities. Enterntainment facilities include, showdome, sportsman bar, costa coffee, splashland (indoor swimming pool) all weather sports pitch, adventure gold, children play area with jungle jims and leisure island amusements and dodgems, ten pin bowling and pool and darts. Adult bingo in the showdome nightly.Well supplied shops and supermarket, range of take away food shops, fish and chips, pizza, ice cream parlor and gift shops.
Out & About
The surrounding area offers a wide range of amenities and places to visit. The famous Gower Peninsula, Swansea and Cardiff Bay are within easy access via the M4.
Porthcawl town has plenty of pubs, restaurants shops, water sports, and various attractions for all the family.
