Caravan Description

109 Maples offers gas central heating for cold evenings, double glazing, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower facilities. We also provide a fan in every room.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you may require, along with an air fryer for convenience.

Outside we have a large, south facing balcony, complete with a table and chairs, plus a sofa to enjoy the sunshine.

There is a dedicated parking space for one vehicle.

Families love the great, central position of our caravan on Trecco Bay Holiday Park, as it’s just behind the swimming pool and entertainment, so not far to walk at all.

Please note that park passes are NOT included in the caravan rental price. However, they are readily available for you to purchase from Reception.



Bookings & Conditions

Due to allergies, we have a strict NO PET policy.

Strictly NO SMOKING allowed in the caravan.

Arrival time is 12.30pm and we will be there to meet you. Departure time is by 10am as we need to clean the caravan for our next guest.

All bed linen is provided, as well as hand towels and tea towels. At the end of your holiday, we ask that you place all your bed linen and towels in the black bags provided.

We also ask that the caravan be left clean and tidy with all bins emptied and rubbish disposed of.

A £50 deposit will be required to secure your booking.

The full balance must be received 4 weeks before the holiday start date.

A £50 security bond will also be required, which will be returned following successful inspection of the caravan following your holiday, as long as no loss, damage and/breakages have occurred or the need for an excessive clean.
