Nic’s Den is a well-presented, spacious and pet-friendly holiday caravan for hire at Trecco Bay Holiday Park, ideally positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac location.

This comfortable pet-friendly caravan at Trecco Bay Holiday Park is conveniently located close to the Entertainment Centre and Main Street facilities, while also being just moments from the beautiful sandy beaches of Porthcawl. It is perfectly suited to families, couples and small groups looking for a relaxing seaside holiday in South Wales.

The caravan comfortably sleeps up to seven guests and provides a welcoming, practical base for a coastal getaway or family holiday by the sea.

Our caravan is located just a short walk from the beach, offering easy access to scenic coastal walks, family-friendly attractions and traditional seaside amenities, making it ideal for both relaxing breaks and active holidays.

The caravan sleeps up to seven guests and features three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single bedroom, along with a pull-out bed in the living area. Bedding and bed linen are included, and beds will be made up ready for your arrival. Please note towels are not provided. The caravan benefits from double glazing, gas central heating and an electric fire, ensuring comfort throughout the year, including cooler evenings and off-season stays.

The open-plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge. The kitchen provides everything needed for a self-catering holiday, including a gas hob and oven, air fryer, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and complete crockery and cookware. The spacious lounge and dining area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV with DVD player and an electric fire for cosy nights in. Free 5G Parkdean guest WiFi is available within the caravan.

The caravan also includes a shower room with a separate toilet for added convenience. Guests will find useful home comforts such as an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer provided during their stay.

Outside, there is a secure decking area with outdoor seating — perfect for relaxing summer evenings, alfresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee. A private parking bay is available alongside the caravan.

Nic’s Den is an excellent choice for family holidays, short breaks, weekend stays, school holiday escapes and seaside getaways on the South Wales coast.

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment
• A £75 deposit/security bond secures your dates. This will be returned after inspection on the caravan following departure.
• Full balance due 4 weeks before arrival, or your holiday will, unfortunately, be cancelled.
• Bookings within 4 weeks require full payment at time of booking.
• If we need to cancel your break because of natural causes or local restrictions, we will offer you a full refund or transfer of your holiday to an alternative date.

Check-in / Check-out
• Arrival times are from 3pm and departure time is by 10am. A later/earlier time may be possible, but may incur an extra charge – please enquire.
• You will be greeted at the caravan on your arrival. There is no need to queue in Reception and you are able to go straight to the caravan.
• We are not responsible for the Park’s decisions regarding the opening/closing of facilities/activities during your stay and no compensation will be offered if these are not available to you.

Guest Responsibilities
• No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
• We ask for the caravan to be left as you found it on arrival, e.g. clean and tidy, with items not missing/broken. There will be cleaning materials and appliances available to use in the caravan. Please remove the used bedding and leave in the bedroom. We also ask you to ensure rubbish is placed in the correct rubbish bins located around the park and not left inside or outside the caravan on your departure - bin bags will be provided.
• Please ensure that pets are well behaved.
• Lead guest must be over 21. On booking your stay you will be asked the size of your party, ages and all names that will be staying, e.g. 2 adults/3 children etc. Only guests listed during the booking process are permitted to occupy the caravan during your stay. This is to ensure that the caravan doesn't go past the capacity it can hold. This information is also required to enable you to purchase Entertainment Passes, if required. These can be purchased from the Owners Office near the entrance of the Park. Please also be advised that subletting is strictly prohibited.

Cancellations
• Deposit is non-refundable.
• Balance payments are non-refundable within 4 weeks of arrival unless dates are rebooked.
