Caravan Description
Our lovely, homely holiday caravan to let on Trecco Bay Holiday Park, is situated in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, so no passing traffic.
It is also within a minute's slow walk of the Park's amenities and a 2 minute walk from the beach.
Our six berth caravan comprises three bedrooms. The first is a double with Smart TV and en-suite toilet with hand basin. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds and a Smart TV, both being served by a shower room, incorporating a toilet and wash basin.
The open-plan living area comprises the fully equipped kitchen diner and lounge. Within the kitchen diner is a gas hob/oven, microwave, brand new (2025) air fryer, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster, along with a dining table and four chairs. This leads to a homely and relaxing lounge with two comfortable sofas (one 4 seater and one 3 seater), a Smart TV, coffee table and electric fire.
The caravan has central heating and FREE 5G Wi-Fi .
Outside we have an enclosed and secure decking area, complete with furniture, and the double doors have privacy glass.
Bedding and bed lined is provided and all beds will be made up ready for your arrival. Please note however, that towels are NOT provided.
Park passes are NOT provided, but can be purchased at the Park's reception, although for many of the facilities, passes are not required.
Bookings & Conditions
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
A £75 deposit will be required for all bookings to secure the dates. The full cost of your holiday must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
The initial £75 deposit will then be used as a security deposit, which will be refunded following your stay, as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found, or the need for an excessive clean.
In the event of cancellation within 6 weeks of your holiday, the £75 deposit will be non-refundable.
