For bookings during July and August the minimum night stay is 4 nights

Caravan Booking & Refund Policy

Booking Policy
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once:
- The completed booking form has been received; and
- Full payment or the agreed deposit has been paid.

Payment Terms
- A £50 non refundable booking fee applies for each stay, which will be deducted from the full balance
- Full payment must be made no later than 30 days before your arrival date.
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Security & Cleaning Bond
A £100 damage and cleaning bond is required for all stays. This bond is held as security against:
- Damage to the caravan or its contents;
- Excessive cleaning requirements;
- Missing items;
- Breach of property rules.
The bond will be refunded after departure and inspection of the caravan
Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days after checkout.

Damage & Additional Charges
Any damage exceeding the £100 bond amount may be charged separately.
Guests may be charged for:
- Broken or missing items;
- Smoking inside the caravan;
- Excessive mess requiring additional cleaning;
- Damage caused by pets or guests.
Photographic evidence may be retained where necessary.

Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Treat the caravan and its contents with care;
- Leave the caravan in a tidy condition;
- Report any accidental damage immediately;
- Respect neighbouring properties and site rules.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Guest
- More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus any non-refundable booking fees.
- 14–30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund unless the dates are successfully rebooked.

Non-Arrival / Early Departure
No refunds will be provided for:
- Failure to arrive;
- Late arrival; or
- Early departure.

Cancellation by Owner
In the unlikely event that the booking must be cancelled by the owner due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of all monies paid, including the booking fee.

Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, guests agree to abide by this Booking & Refund Policy and all caravan rules provided prior to arrival.
