This is our three bedroom static caravan that is situated in a quiet part of the park nestled in the sand dunes at Haven’s Presthaven Beach Resort in Prestatyn, North Wales.

Caravan Description
This is our brand new, three bedroom static caravan that is for hire in a quiet part of Presthaven Beach Resort in Prestatyn, next to the sand dunes, overlooking fields and close to the beach access point.
The caravan is full equipped with everything you may need for your self-catering holiday, including gas oven/hob, microwave, toaster, full size fridge/freezer, as well all crockery and utensils.
The spacious double bedroom has an en-suite toilet room and built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds and a wardrobe for storage. Bed linen is provided, but please remember to bring your own towels/tea towels.
Within the family bathroom there is a large shower, wash basin and toilet, along with a storage cupboard.
The lounge area leads out to a lovely enclosed decked area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, and alfresco dining. There’s also a good size patch of grass for children to play on and a small park area nearby.
We ask people to be respectful and please take shoes off inside caravan as it’s carpeted throughout.
Bookings & Conditions
A £70 refundable damages bond will be required upon booking. The full payment must be received 6 weeks before your start date.
The initial £70 bond will be held as a security deposit, which will be fully refunded once the caravan has been checked following your departure, and everything found to be in good order with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

*Please note that Haven passes are NOT included in the holiday price. Passes are purchased directly with Haven - they can be purchased online once booking is confirmed.
