Caravan Description
Prestige rated 2017 Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan with a fantastic decking to rent on Haven's Presthaven Sands Beach Resort in Prestatyn, North Wales
The caravan is fully central heated and double glazed for extra comfort.
We are located on a lovely large plot, approximately 7 minutes' walk from the centre - there is even a mini bus that can pick you up for a small charge.However, it’s a lovely walk to the centre and it’s all flat. We wanted to be close enough, but also wanted somewhere the kids could play and where we didn't feel on top of other caravans.
There is a hard standing for 1 car and also decking around the caravan with a lockable gate, garden chairs provided. We are situated on a lovely big corner plot and face into a lovely grassed area which is very safe for children to play. You can sit on the decking keeping an eye on your little ones or just enjoy a relaxing time with a wine or a beer! New rattan furniture has been added to the decking area . Small sofa , 2 chairs and a table. The decking is wrap around and covers all one side and the front of the caravan and has a lockable gate to ensure your little ones can play on the decking safely whilst the caravan doors are open. Perfect for lovely summer days and night.
Our beautiful, privately owned caravan is only going to be rented out for minimal dates as we also use it and therefore want to keep it in excellent condition.
The caravan consists of 3 bedrooms: a spacious double with dressing table, wardrobe, drawers, a TV and en-suite toilet with wash basin - it also has room for a travel cot; two further bedrooms each have two single beds, a with wall-mounted TV/DVD player, wardrobe and storage units. Fresh clean bedding is provided.
The kitchen is spacious and consists of a full size cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and integrated 50/50 fridge freezer, which we found great when staying a week, along with everything else you would need such as pots, pans, utensils, plates etc. We also leave a small collection of cleaning things, along with a hoover, iron and ironing board. The microwave may differ from the one in the picture as I do like a few of my own things.
In the lounge there is a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa along with a free standing table and 6 chairs, a 40" TV and DVD player. The 3 seater settee can be turned into a small double bed.
We are happy to provide a travel cot and/or high chair.
Letting Conditions
There is strictly no smoking and no pets allowed in the caravan.
Haven operates a no single sex group policy so we cannot accept such bookings.
Passes are not included in our rental price, but they can be purchased from Haven.

About the Area
Presthaven Sands Beach Resort is situated in Lower Gronant and is near Prestatyn, Rhyl, Flint and the North Wales coastline.Presthaven Sands is a Haven holiday park so has considerable entertainment and facilities, which include a heated indoor swimming pool, outdoor lazy river, football and basketball court, children's rides and amusement arcade, show bars with entertainment, their own pub with restaurant, Papa John's pizza (delivery available), Burger King, a fish and chip shop, Spar convenience store and a launderette. Additional activities such as crazy golf, bikes, go-karts, archery, fencing and indoor children's play area are available. These are at a cost and not included in the rental.
Please Note: the site does operate a pass entrance system to the entertainment in the evening, which is available at reception - prices can be obtained if you require and are capped at a certain price for an 8 berth caravan.
