This lovely lodge for hire on Presthaven Sands Holiday Park, is situated on a quiet court area, offering nice views and a large field on which to play games. It’s also just a 3 to 4 minute walk from the main club complex, swimming pools etc.
It is double glazed and central heated throughout and has private parking for two cars.
Within the lodge you will find private Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee pod machine, microwave, 4 ring gas hob/oven and a large dining table.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower above, a wash basin and toilet.
The master double bedroom has a king size bed and the added benefit of an en-suite with shower, wash basin and toilet. The two further bedrooms each have two single beds and all three bedrooms have a TV.
In the large entrance hallway there is storage for shoes and coats, plus a bench to sit on whilst fitting/removing shoes.

Presthaven Sands is a Haven ‘All Action Park’ and has several bars, entertainment clubs, indoor/outdoor swimming pools with slides, outdoor bar and lots of play areas. There’s also bike hire, a chippy, Burger King, Chopstix, Papa John’s Pizza, a supermarket, restaurant and arcade.Just a five minute walk away is the beach, which is about 2 miles long.
Nearby is Prestatyn and Rhyl, with several supermarkets, tourist attractions and beaches.
A little further afield is Llandudno, The Welsh Mountain Zoo and Betws y Coed.
