Caravan Description

Bryn View is a lovely quiet area close to the pathway that leads to Talacre and is also very close to the beach. The complex is about a 5-10 minute walk. The views are incredible and the neighbouring field provides plenty of bird watching entertainment and views of the horses walking along the bridle path!

Our 8 berth pet friendly caravan at Presthaven Beach Resort, is an ABI Haywood, complete with double glazing, central heating and a wraparound decking with gate. On the decking is a table and chairs, along with two sunloungers. It’s ideally positioned to take in the amazing views.

Upto 2 dogs are very welcome to stay and the locality of the caravan is ideal for the beach and the out way to Talacre and the sand dunes.

Lounge consists of a wrap around settee which is a pull out bed. There is a games console, board games and also dvds and books. Dining table with 4 chairs and a coffee table with 2 footstools. It really is a lovely home from home lounge and with the patio doors overlooking the decking and views. The lounge is light and airy and feels very private as not overlooking caravans.

The 3 bedrooms consist of one double bedroom which is an en-suite and two twin bedded rooms. Storage space in all bedrooms. There’s also a pull-out bed in the lounge. All bedding is included with beds made up ready for your arrival.

The bathroom has a shower and wash basin. The separate toilet has a hand basin.

Within our caravan you’ll find a 42” Smart TV in the lounge and TV in two of the bedrooms (one being a Smart TV). We also have private Wi-Fi, at no extra cost.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay as well as a microwave, toaster and a kettle. For the safety of young children, plastic beakers, plates and bowls are also provided if needed.

There are many extras included in the caravan, but if you require anything else to enhance your stay, please let us know and we can see if we can provide. The caravan is always well stocked of toilet rolls, cleaning products and safety requirements by law such as fire extinguisher, blanket and carbon monoxide and smoke alarm. There is also a first aid box.

No smoking or vaping inside the caravan please.

We will do everything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you can’t see the dates you require or would like extra dates, please call or message.

Payments:
A deposit of £50 secures dates with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to start of holiday. A £75 refundable damage bond will be required upon booking which will be refunded on inspection of caravan.
Early check-in and late check-out can be offered when available.

Haven entertainment and swimming passes are not included, however every guest will be registered with Haven and Haven will send you a link to purchase passes if required.
