Caravan Description
Welcome to RC13 at Presthaven Beach Resort Holiday Park.
This lovely double glazed and central heated caravan is brand new (end 2024) and available for you to enjoy some family down time and have plenty of fun together.
Our three bedroom caravan at Presthaven Sands, is well-equipped and done to high standard - you won’t be disappointed!
The bedrooms are comprised of one master bedroom with 32” Smart TV, vanity area, plenty of storage space and an en-suite; and two twin bedded rooms, each with a 22” Smart TV with DVD player and wardrobe storage.
Bed linen is provided on all beds. However you will need to bring your own towels.
The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a built-in fridge freezer, 4 burner gas cooker with grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, coffee machine and all utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery you may need. There is also a 6 seat table and chairs. A clothes airer is also provided iron ironing board

Within the living area is a 4 seater and 2 seater sofa, 43” Smart TV, DVD player, games and Wi-Fi.
Outside we have a full decked area with patio set and lighting. There’s also a car parking area beside the caravan.
No shoes on carpets or furniture
No smoking or vaping inside,
*Please Note* Park tickets for Haven facilities must be purchased from Haven – they are not included in our hire price.

* £100 damage deposit is required and when booking and will be fully refunded when the caravan is checked out.
* £50 deposit is required to secure your booking, the rest of the balance is due atleast 3 weeks before your check in date
