Caravan Description
Welcome to our luxurious and recently upgraded Carnaby Rosedale caravan which is located in a very sunny position on the 5* Penrhyn Hall Caravan Park, between Llandudno and Rhos on Sea.
Having the benefit of double glazing and full gas central heating, extra guest comfort is ensured throughout the year. The luxurious lounge has a free standing settee and two chairs along with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining area has a table and four high backed chairs.The fully equipped kitchen has a double gas oven with hob, microwave, separate fridge and freezer.
There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a double shower, separate toilet and a master bedroom with en-suite. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and plenty of cupboard space. A door leads to an en-suite comprising of a toilet and wash basin, with a mirrored cabinet. The good sized second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, drawers and cupboards.
The beds have duvets, pillows, freshly laundered mattress covers and pillows protectors but guests are asked to provide their own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels. We also provide a vacuum cleaner, clothes airer, iron/board and cleaning materials.
Please note that the caravan is available for hire to non smoking guests. Please mention before booking if you or other guests have any allergies. Guest pets are not allowed in the caravan.

About the Area
Within easy walking distance from Penrhyn Hall-Farm Caravan Park is a pub, restaurant, newsagent, sandwich bar, chemist, hair and beauty salon, Chinese restaurant/takeaway and a well stocked supermarket. There is a golf course in nearby Rhos on Sea.The park provides an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful landscapes of the North Wales coast, the Conway Valley, Snowdonia and the beautiful island of Anglesey.
The picturesque seaside resort of Llandudno, with its beautiful Victorian seafront and pier, is a short drive away. A shoppers paradise, Llandudno is served by all the major high street names. Venue Cymru Theatre hosts well known shows/productions throughout the year. A multiscreen cinema and leisure centre is also in the resort.
Penrhyn Hall Farm Caravan Park is a family run site with laundry facilities on site and an enclosed children's playing field with slide and climbing frames. There is a wooded walk 2 minutes from the park. Penrhyn Hall restaurant is adjacent and the beach at Penrhyn Bay is approximately 1 mile away.
The Welsh Mountain Zoo at Colwyn Bay is a short drive away with a harbour, puppet theatre, beach, shops,restaurant and cafes at nearby Rhos-on-Sea.
Conway is approximately 5 miles away with its castle, harbour boat trips along the river and many National Trust sites in the surrounding areas. The Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach.
