Caravan Description

This lovely, pet friendly, 3 bedroom caravan with wraparound decking for hire on the beautiful Pendine Sands Holiday Park, situated on The Paddocks.

This spacious double glazed and central heated caravan at Pendine Sands, sleeps up to 8 guests and comprises a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a double pull-out bed in the lounge area.

The spacious and airy lounge has plenty of windows, plus patio doors to allow in lots of natural light. The patio doors lead to the wraparound decking, which has a secure gate. Within the lounge is a gas fire, 42” Smart TV, a large settee that incorporates the double sofa bed, and a single arm chair. There’s also a table with 4 chairs, an overhead light and side lights for those cosy nights in. We have provided a few games for the kids, and dogs, in the cupboard under the TV. We also have a DVD player with an assortment of mostly Disney DVDs.

We have our own private Wi-Fi too.

The separate kitchen has all you need, as in crockery, cutlery and glasses, along with a kettle, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, full size fridge freezer, fully functioning oven/hob, and a new grill tray and rack. We provide complementary tea, coffee and sugar, along with salt, pepper, vinegar and sauces. We also provide tea towels, hand towels and dish cloths for your use, plus an iron, ironing board and airer.

The cupboard next to the fridge freezer houses the Park’s Wi-Fi router and the boiler.

The door off the kitchen leads to a hallway which has a coat rack. The first door on your right leads to a spacious shower room which consists of a large shower, toilet and sink. There are complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided as well as a bath at, hand towel and hand wash. There is also an additional toilet and sink; ideal if you are a big family.

The twin rooms are fitted with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, radiators and an over bed light and they can be turned into double beds quite easily.

The master bedroom consists of a double bed, lovely big window that lets in lots of light, side lights, bedside cupboards and power point both sides of bed. Large wardrobe with dressing table and stool. There’s also a hairdryer and hair straighteners for your use.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but not bed linen. However this can be provided at an additional cost of £20

Outside on the decking area, you will find a table and four chairs. There’s a further table with four chairs on the patio area beside the decking.

There’s plenty of space to park a car right next to the caravan. Possible 2 if one is small.

Dog toys, poo bags, treats, water bottles, water bowls and spare leads are provided.
