Caravan Description
Hello, my name is Andrea, and I own a beautiful, modern and pet friendly Windermere caravan sited on Castle View at Pendine Sands Holiday Park in Carmarthenshire.
This spacious, high spec and bright caravan sleeps up to six guests. The double bedroom has a Smart TV, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin. The second bedroom features cosy twin beds and a wardrobe. There is also sleeping for two in the lounge, as the settee pulls out to a comfortable sleeping area.
Duvets and pillows are provided, and all beds will have mattress protectors and pillow protectors on.
In addition to the en-suite off the double bedroom, the caravan has a main bathroom with shower, toiler and wash basin.
The lounge area has free standing settees, a coffee table, Smart TV and remote control, electric flame effect fire.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a gas oven/hob, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, built-in microwave, kettle and an air fryer, along with all crockery, cutlery and cookware. There is a dining table situated in the kitchen area too.
Extras provided for our guests’ convenience is an iron, ironing board, clothes airer and a hairdryer.
Outside, to the front of the caravan is a decking area, complete with cube furniture. There is also a grassed garden area to the right of the caravan, with additional patio furniture.
There is an allocated parking space next to the caravan.
Although, we do accept dogs, there is a small charge.
This lovely pet friendly caravan for hire on Pendine Sands Holiday Park, is sited on Castle View, and just a 7 minute walk from the beautiful, 7 mile sandy beach, which is dog friendly all year round.
The caravan is situated at a quiet spot on this Parkdean Resorts’ Park, which is mainly owner based.
I have had many guests return, some coming back several times a season. I’ve received 5 star reviews for my caravan and had no complaints in the 4 years of being an owner.

About the Area
Pendine Sands Holiday Park offers all the facilities you could need to fully enjoy your stay, including a dog friendly pub called The Duck Inn. The Sands Clubhouse will have a variety of entertainment options available throughout your stay, including bingo, live shows and entertainment for the little ones.Also on site, is a family friendly indoor swimming pool (passes required) with amusements. There’s also two children's play areas on-site, plus another at the Caban, along with crazy golf.
The surrounding area boasts pubs and cafés for all your dining needs, including a top-rated Chinese take away/restaurant called ~The Lotus. The Bistro on the Bay does amazing breakfasts and there’s also two fish and chip shops. Also within this area is a number of gift shops to ensure you leave your holiday with plenty of mementos of your time.
Pendine itself, offers lovely eateries, including The Springwell pub, Kev’s Beachside Café, Bistro on the Bay, Lotus Chinese Restaurant/Takeaway and The Caban.
There is also The Beach Hotel overlooking the bay for your favourite tipple.
Pendine Sands Holiday Park is situated approximately 30 minutes’ drive from Folly Farm and Saundersfoot. The quiet village of Laugharne is just a 10 minute drive away, where you will find the Dylan Thomas Boathouse; a must see if you are venturing into the area. Laugharne also has lovely cafés, a fish and chip shop, pubs and gift shop.
There are three local mini markets at Pendine for your essentials. If you are eating in during your holiday though, I would strongly recommend a visit one of the larger supermarkets in Carmarthen prior to arriving. These include Morrisons and Tesco.
