Our modern scandi style caravan for hire on Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park is located in a convenient and popular spot on site, near the main entrance, reception, family clubhouse and arcade.

The caravan has three bedrooms and sleeps six and has free super fast speed Wi-Fi which is exclusive to the caravan only, not the site.

The main double bedroom has a 24” Smart TV/DVD, wardrobe and en-suite. The first twin bedroom has a 24” Smart TV/DVD along with wardrobe. The second twin bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. We also have a bigger 42” Smart TV in the living area.

All beds are fully made up for you by the host with clean bed linen, including pillow and mattress protectors, saving you both luggage space on your journey and chore time upon arrival.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for your holiday stay, with a full sized fridge freezer. We also provide cleaning products for your convenience. There is also a dining area with table and chairs within the kitchen area.

Central heating in every room and an electric fire in the living area warm the caravan in minutes, ensuring you keep cosy and warm during cooler days and chillier nights.

Outside we have patio doors leading to a sun attracting veranda area with seating - perfect for relaxing, catching a few rays or simply watching the world go by.

There is also a good sized stretch of grass right outside the caravan which can be used for parking. Or if you prefer to keep this space clear for the kids to play in there are plenty of parking bays outside the caravan.

***PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A £70 DEPOSIT PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR HOLIDAY. THIS DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE IN ADDITION TO THE ADVERTISED PRICE AND WILL BE HELD AS A BREAKAGE BOND THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY. THIS £70 BE REFUNDED ONCE THE CARAVAN HAS BEEN CHECKED UPON VACATION AND NO DAMAGES/BREAKAGES CONFIRMED***

# Caravan Hire Terms & Conditions
## 1. Booking & Payments
1. A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit/payment has been received.
2. The balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks before arrival. Instalments are accepted as long as the full balance is paid by the due date. Arrangements can be made with the owner.
3. If full payment is not received by the due date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
4. Payments can be made by bank transfer or agreed payment method.

## 2. Security/Damage Deposit
1. A refundable security deposit of £70 is required.
2. The deposit will be returned within 2 days after departure, subject to inspection.
3. Charges may be deducted for anything that results in any additional cost to the owner including:
- Damage
- Missing items
- Excessive cleaning
- Smoking inside
OR
- Breach of park rules

## 3. Cancellation Policy
1. Deposits for cancellations are non-refundable.
2. If the booking is cancelled:
- More than 28 days before arrival any balance paid minus deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 28 days before arrival: no refund unless dates are re-let. If re-let is for less nights than your original booking we will only be able to refund the actual re-let amount.
3. The owner strongly recommends guests obtain holiday insurance.

## 4. Check-In & Check-Out
1. Check-in is from 2 pm.
2. Check-out is by 10 am.
3. Early check-in or late departure may be available by arrangement only.

## 5. Guest Responsibilities
1. The lead guest must be aged 25 or over.
2. Only guests listed on the booking may stay overnight.
3. The caravan must be left clean and tidy.
4. Guests must respect neighbouring caravans and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
5. Any damage or breakages must be reported to the owner immediately.

## 6. Smoking & Pets
1. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
2. Pets are not usually permitted but exceptions can be considered at owner’s discretion and may incur an additional charge. Please discuss and confirm with the owner AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
3. If pets are allowed:
- They must not be left unattended at any time in the caravan or outside
- They must stay off beds and furniture
- Guests must clean up after them

## 7. Park Rules
1. Guests must comply with all rules set by the holiday park.
2. Anti-social behaviour may result in removal from the park without refund.
3. Entertainment passes are not included.

## 8. Liability
1. Guests use the caravan and park facilities at their own risk.
2. The owner accepts no responsibility for:
- Personal injury
- Loss or theft of belongings
- Vehicle damage
- Temporary loss of services outside their control

## 9. Maintenance & Emergencies
1. The owner reserves the right to enter the caravan or send in a reputable service person in case of emergencies or for urgent repairs.
2. If unforeseen circumstances make the caravan unavailable, a full refund will be given. Liability will not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

## 10. Lost Property
1. Lost property found in the caravan can be returned upon request.
2. Postage and packaging costs must be paid by the guest.

## 11. Right to Refuse Bookings
The owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where these terms are breached.

## 12. Agreement
By paying the booking deposit or balance, guests confirm they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
