Caravan Description

Our beautiful, family owned, pet friendly, 6 berth caravan for let on Lido Beach Holiday Park in Prestatyn, is just a 10 minute walk from the beach.

We have owned a caravan for seven years on Lido Beach and have been hiring to holiday makers since 1999 . This is our latest caravan, a huge 35 feet long by 12 feet wide 2 bedroom Swift Moselle. The caravan is sited in a quiet location, it has a paved parking area suitable for two cars, decking to the side with seating and decking to the front which is accessed by the front double doors, again with seating.

Outside it has a lovely garden area with a picnic bench and plenty of outdoor lighting.

Lido Beach Holiday Park is a clean, quiet and well-maintained holiday park with beautiful gardens, located in Prestatyn, North Wales. It has recently benefitted from a new children's play area in addition to the soft ball play area and tennis court.

Another new addition is the new complex as you enter Lido Beach Holiday park which includes Autograph restaurant, bar and outdoor seating area with large tv screen.

Our caravan has double glazing and central heating with a radiator in every room apart from the en-suite. It contains two bedrooms, one with a massive king size double bed, overbed storage, dressing table and large wardrobe and also an en-suite. The other bedroom has two single beds, overbed storage and wardrobe.

The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin with storage beneath the basin and in the mirrored cabinet with light and electric shaver point.

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a sink, full size fridge freezer and gas cooker, microwave, toaster, Tassimo, air fryer and kettle. There is also an iron with ironing board and vacuum cleaner. All crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc are provided and there is plenty of storage in the upper and lower cabinets and a dining table and chairs.

The front of the caravan has a coffee table, plenty of seating space, TV, DVD player with a large, varied selection of DVDs, board games and an electric fire. There are also three portable fans with extension leads should it get too hot.

This site is very flat so is ideal for families with pushchairs or the elderly, but there are steps with a hand rail up to the decked area and caravan door.

To allow for cleaning between lettings, check in is no earlier than 4pm and check out is no later than 10:30am (unless agreed beforehand).

As this caravan is privately owned we take great pride in keeping it clean and tidy and as you will hopefully see, there is a lot of love that has gone into this caravan and is still going into it.
