Caravan Description

BRAND NEW 2025 3 bed ATLAS SAHARA.
Welcome to our privately owned family caravan, located in Sand Martin Court in beautiful Tenby on Haven’s Kiln Park Holiday Centre. We are just a short walk from Tenby town and some spectacular beaches.

Our Sahara has a textured wood finish and carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Our double-glazed and centrally heated three-bedroom Atlas Sahara sleeps 6. IT comes with patio doors and wraparound decking to enjoy the sunshine all day. We also provide and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the outdoors.

Lounge
The lounge area has a soft L-shaped seating with separate cushions. It has 40” smart TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a dining table.

Kitchen
Our kitchen has grey door fronts with black composite sink and matching tap. There is an integrated electric oven with a stainless steel gas hob an extractor fan. The kitchen is also equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. All cookware, crockery, etc will be supplied.

Three bedrooms
The master bedroom consists of a double bed with an upholstered wall-mounted headboard, bedside cabinets and a dressing table. There is a TV in the master bedroom and a separate toilet and wash basin.

The two twin bedrooms both have two single beds with wall-mounted headboards, fitted wardrobes and a centre bedside cabinet. There are waterproof mattress covers in the twin bedrooms.

All three bedrooms have a quilt and pillows. All bedding can be provided upon request for you on arrival.

Please bring your own towels, tea towels and toiletries. Please bring a hair dryer. A separate information pack will be emailed to you upon your booking.

Bathroom
The master bathroom features a shower cubicle with an extractor fan, a vanity unit, and storage. There is a shower, a radiator, and toilet.

Heating
The combi boiler and central heating system provide instantaneous hot water.

There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors fitted within the caravan for your peace of mind.

Deposit and Payment
A non-returnable deposit of £100 will be required to secure the hire of the caravan.

We also require a refundable £100 deposit, which will be refunded when you leave, providing there is no damage or breakages.

Full payment will be required 6 weeks prior to your stay.

The caravan needs to be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. Check in will be 4pm. This allows cleaning to be completed.

When enquiring, please state who is in your party.

We hold a strict 'NO dogs', 'NO smoking', and 'NO vaping' policy in the caravan or on the veranda. Customers found in breach of this will forfeit their bond for intense deep cleaning.

Sorry NO hen/stag parties allowed on site; these are site rules.
