Caravan Description

Our caravan for hire is sited the Goscar Court area of Kiln Park, which is just a few minutes from the shops, amenities and main leisure complex. It is also just a 5 minute walk from the path that takes you into Tenby town, and a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Our lovely caravan benefits from having a PVC decking, for that extra summer comfort. A patio table and chairs and a wooden picnic bench are provided for your relaxation too.

The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated, so ideal for those chillier evenings.

It also has its own private parking bay, so there is no need to worry about the safety of the car.

The lounge is spacious, very comfortable and modern, with free standing furniture, plus a 40” plasma TV. Patio sliding doors at the front of the caravan lead out to the veranda, complete with rattan furniture. This gets the sun until approximately 10pm in the summer months.

The luxurious kitchen has all the necessary equipment and appliances, including a full-size cooker, fridge freezer, fitted microwave and a toaster. The dining area has a table and four chairs, which is perfect for those family meals.

There are two bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, complete with bath, toilet and hand basin The twin bedroom has two full size single beds for extra comfort, plus access to the main shower room.

The main shower room has a large walk-in shower cubicle with electric power shower, a toilet and wash basin.

For your safety and peace of mind, the caravan is fitted with a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector. PAT testing and boiler servicing also takes place annually.

This privately owned caravan for hire on Kiln Park in Tenby, comes with free mains gas and electric.

Pillows and duvets are included, but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.

Due to the high standard of this caravan, and for everyone`s comfort, we have a STRICT NO SMOKING policy.

NO PETS are allowed, sorry!

A £100 deposit is to be paid upon booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date. Failure to pay the full cost of your holiday by the balance date, may result in cancellation of your holiday - without refund.

Due to the high standard of the caravan and to ensure this standard is maintained, there will be a £100 damages bond due with your final payment. This will be refunded following successful inspection of the caravan after departure.

All payments are to be made via BACS transfer.
