Caravan Description
Welcome to our Brockenhurst six-berth caravan by Willerby, perfectly situated at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac.
This modern and comfortable holiday home sleeps up to six guests, with a main double bedroom featuring a TV, plus two twin bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobes and storage. The shower room includes a WC and basin, and there is also a separate WC for convenience.
The fully fitted kitchen is designed with practicality in mind, offering a gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and fridge-freezer, along with a dining area for four. The spacious lounge provides two comfortable seating areas, a coffee table, 43-inch Smart TV, and an electric fire, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring.
Outside, guests can enjoy the south-facing decked area with table and chairs, as well as a grassed space to one side and a patio to the other.
Private parking is provided, and the caravan benefits from WiFi, full central heating, and pet-friendly facilities.
Booking Information
To secure your holiday, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required, with the balance payable four weeks before arrival.
A refundable security bond of £50 is also requested, returned after departure if the caravan is left clean and undamaged.
Park passes are not included but may be purchased directly from Haven.
Guests are responsible for their own holiday insurance, including cover for personal property and any unforeseen park closures.
Cancellation Policy
• Deposit is non-refundable.
• If cancellation is necessary, we will attempt to resell your dates. If successful, we will refund all payments made (minus the deposit).
• Refunds if we cannot resell:
• 8+ weeks before holiday – full refund less deposit
• 4–8 weeks before holiday – 50% refund less deposit
• Less than 4 weeks – no refund
House Rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
• Check-in from 4pm (earlier where possible), check-out by 10am.
• Haven’s policy does not allow same-sex group bookings; however, we welcome families and couples.
• Data provided during booking is processed securely and not shared, in line with GDPR.
