Welcome to Kittiwake 5, a dog friendly, beautifully presented, Silver-rated, 2022 Victory Lochwood holiday caravan, ideally situated on Haven’s Kiln Park in Tenby.

This stylish, comfortable and family-friendly holiday caravan in the heart of Pembrokeshire is just a short stroll from Tenby’s beautiful South Beach.

Sleeping up to six guests, Kittiwake 5 combines modern comfort, practical family-friendly facilities and a fantastic location, making it an ideal base for a relaxing seaside escape, an action-packed family adventure or a peaceful break exploring the spectacular Pembrokeshire coast.

With Tenby town centre and its award-winning beaches within easy walking distance, you can leave the car behind and enjoy everything this wonderful part of Wales has to offer.

Your home away from home, Kittiwake 5 is a 38ft x 12ft holiday caravan, designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming space from which to enjoy Tenby and Pembrokeshire throughout the year.

Fully double-glazed and fitted with gas central heating and a combi boiler, the caravan is designed to keep you comfortable whether you're visiting for a sunny summer break, an autumn coastal adventure or a cosy winter getaway.

**Open-plan Living Area

Step inside and you'll find a bright and spacious, open-plan living area designed for relaxing together after a day exploring. It offers large apex-width windows that fill the room with natural light, while the front patio doors open directly onto your private decking area — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing with a drink or simply watching the world go by.

Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening after a day at the beach or gathering together for a family film night, there's plenty of space to relax. Within the living area you’ll find:

The modern galley-style kitchen combines attractive wooden tones with contrasting black handles, creating a stylish and practical space for preparing meals during your stay. Whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or preparing dinner for the whole family, you'll have everything you need to make holiday meals easy. It's equipped with:

**Comfortable Bedrooms

Kittiwake 5 sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms and the pull-out double bed in the lounge.

Master Bedroom – the spacious master bedroom provides a peaceful retreat at the end of the day and features:

Private en-suite bathroom

Twin Bedroom - the twin bedroom is ideal for children, teenagers or additional adult guests and features:

**Two Shower rooms

With both a main shower room and a private en-suite, getting everyone ready for the day is that little bit easier.

The main bathroom features a large domestic-style shower enclosure with dual thermostatic shower and adjustable rainfall shower head, along with a WC and wash basin.

The en-suite to the master bedroom comes complete with a dual thermostatic shower with adjustable rainfall shower head, a WC, vanity unit and wash basin, offering a welcome touch of comfort and convenience during your stay.


**Dog-Friendly Holidays

We know that holidays are better when the whole family can come along — including the four-legged members, so up to two well-behaved small/medium dogs, or one well-behaved large dog are welcome at Kittiwake 5.

Please confirm your requirements when booking.

An additional £25 per dog may apply, depending on the size, type and number of dogs staying.

Please bring your own dog beds, bowls, towels, blankets and other pet essentials.


**Family-Friendly Facilities

Travelling with a little one? Kittiwake 5 has a standard-size travel cot and one highchair available. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require either item, so that we can have them ready for your arrival.

For safety and hygiene, please bring your child's own mattress and bedding for the travel cot.

When not requested, these items are stored securely in the caravan's locked storage area.

**Booking & Payment Information

For your peace of mind, the following payment terms apply:

For bookings more than 8 weeks before your holiday:

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total holiday price is required at the time of booking to secure your dates.
The remaining balance, together with the security deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday.

Bookings within 8 weeks of your holiday:

The full holiday balance plus a £100 security deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

A £15 booking fee, already included within the holiday price, and the deposit are non-refundable, unless we are unable to fulfil your booking because the caravan unexpectedly becomes unavailable.



Security Deposit

A £100 refundable security deposit is required for every booking. This is payable with the final balance for bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance, or at the time of booking where your holiday is within 8 weeks.

Following your departure, the caravan will undergo its normal cleaning and maintenance checks. Provided everything is in order, the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure date.

We strongly recommend taking out appropriate holiday insurance to protect you against unforeseen circumstances that could affect your holiday before or during your stay.

When booking, please provide the full names and number of all guests, together with the ages of any children staying.



**Make More of Your Stay with a Haven Play Pass

Want to make the most of everything Kiln Park has to offer? Depending on your plans, you may wish to purchase a Haven Play Pass for your party for the full duration of your stay.

A Play Pass can provide access to selected facilities, activities and entertainment, including the swimming pools, SplashZone, entertainment and other park facilities, with opportunities to pre-book certain activities.

Once your Kittiwake 5 booking has been confirmed and registered with Haven's Kiln Park, you will receive a unique booking verification code which can be used to purchase your Play Pass.

Please remember that all Haven facilities, activities, entertainment and bookings are subject to availability. Kiln Park is extremely popular, particularly during peak holiday periods, so advance planning is recommended.
