Caravan Description

We have an ABI OAKLEY, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan to let on Kiln Park in beautiful Tenby, on the Pembrokeshire Coast.

Located at Kiln Park in beautiful Tenby, the caravan is situated very close to the park entrance, club, pool and entertainment complex, yet is still within a very peaceful part of the site.

It’s also within walking distance of Tenby town centre as well as the beach.

Our lovely caravan at Kiln Park, is an ABI OAKLEY 3 bedroom model that sleeps up to 8 people. It also boasts two toilets (one being en-suite) and a large shower.

This is a very well-looked-after, much-loved, smoke-free caravan at Kiln Park. Great pride has been taken to ensure the caravan is as comfortable as possible. It features:

. Double glazing throughout
. Efficient central heating throughout
. 50" smart LED TV
. A TV in each bedroom (TV in master bedroom is a Smart TV with built-in DVD player. Kids’ room has built-in Freeview)
. Blu-Ray DVD player in living room (please feel free to bring your own movies to watch)
. BLUETOOTH audio support for mobile phones, tablets etc.
. COMPLIMENTARY Wi-Fi exclusively for our guests
. Patio area with decking and Rattan cube furniture seating, installed for use by guests in our caravan


Bed linen is NOT included in our hire price. However, we now offer the option to have your linen provided with beds made up fully, prior to your arrival. The additional charge for this option is £25, which will be added to your final balance. If you do not require this service, please ensure you bring with you all the necessary bed linen and covers as these are not provided.


Funworks Passes

Entertainment (Funworks) passes will be available online and from the site Reception. These are NOT included in our hire price and will incur an additional fee, which is payable at Reception.

The above prices are correct at the time of print (October 2025). However, they are subject to change at Haven's discretion. As such you may wish to contact Kiln Park Reception to confirm these prices prior to your arrival.



Bookings & Conditions

Families only (NO GROUPS)

The deposit paid (£50 - £100) is non-refundable, and will go towards any loss or expenses as a result of a cancellation.

In all instances, a bond of £100 must be paid prior to your stay. This is added to your total balance and needs to be covered in your final payment. If you have left our holiday home in the same condition as you arrived, then the bond will normally be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure. However, we reserve the right to deduct from your bond the costs to make good instances where there is damage or loss.

If you decide to cancel your holiday you MUST contact us by email in the first instance. You MUST return all documents and give written notice to terminate the holiday contract.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the holiday start date will result in the loss of the initial deposit.
Cancellations made between 60 days and 14 days prior to the holiday start date will result in loss of 50% of the cost of the holiday.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the stay will result in 100% of the cost of the holiday being forfeited.

In the event we are forced to cancel your stay at Sunnyglade8 for any reason (such as any booking error by us, or issues with the accommodation requiring immediate attention) then we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to either:


. Reschedule your stay at Sunnyglade8
. Refund your payment in full

However, any cancellations we are forced to make as a result of your error such as (but not limited to):

. Non-payment or incomplete payment within the required timescales
. Non adherence to the Terms & Conditions of your booking, etc.

will be subject to cancellation fees and charges as set out above. This covers any reasonable loss or additional expenses incurred to us as a result of the cancellation.

By booking your stay at Sunnyglade 8 you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
