Caravan Description
Our Victory Lochwood, pet friendly caravan on Kiln Park, is also a short walk from Tenby town, with its spectacular views and beaches.
Double glazed and central heated, the caravan has two bedrooms and sleeps four guests. It comes with two decking , one to the side and one to the front, which is accessible through the French doors from the lounge, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine. Outdoor furniture is provided on both decking areas.

Lounge
With a soft seating area, a TV and dining table
Kitchen
The gallery kitchen has beige cupboard doors with black sink and tap. It comes complete with an integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, an electric oven with gas hob and an extractor fan. All cookware, crockery etc will be supplied
Two Bedrooms
The master Bedroom consists of a double bed with upholstered, wall-mounted headboard, above bed storage, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers with a mirror and a TV. There’s also an en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet, vanity unit with storage, mirror, radiator and an extractor fan.
The twin bedroom has two single beds, with wall-mounted headboards, a fitted wardrobe, a centre bedside cabinet and a TV. There are waterproof mattress covers on the twin beds too.
All Bedrooms have quilts and pillows. Bedding can be provided upon request for you on arrival.
Please bring your own towels, tea towels and toiletries, hair dryer. A separate information pack will be emailed to you upon booking.
Bathroom
The main bathroom has a vanity unit with storage and mirror, shower cubicle, toilet, radiator and an extractor fan.
Heating
The combi boiler and central heating system provide instantaneous hot water.
There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors fitted within the caravan for peace of mind.
Deposit & Payment
A non-returnable deposit of £100 will be required to secure the hire of the caravan.
We also require a refundable £100 deposit which will be refunded when you leave, providing there is no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.
Full payment will be required 6 weeks prior to your stay.
The caravan needs to be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. Check in will be 4pm, which allows cleaning to be completed.
When enquiring, please state who is in your party.
We have a strict NO smoking and NO vaping policy in the caravan or on the deckings. Customers found in breach of this will forfeit their bond for intense deep cleaning.

Entertainment passes can be obtained at the Reception area.

About the Area
There are beautiful beaches just a few minutes’ walk from Kiln Park Holiday Centre in Tenby.On Kiln Park itself, there are lots of actives to do in the clubhouse, where there is a swimming pool, arcades, rides for the children, pottery workshops and build a bear. The main complex has a chip shop, Papa John's Pizza, Burger King, Millie's Cookies, bars, restaurants and a soft play area. There is also an out door swimming pool for the summer months.
Other activities include crazy golf, tennis courts, go karts and a playground area.
There is also a well-stocked convenience store located on the park.
If you like to get out and explore the local area, there are many family attractions and activities to enjoy, such as Manor House Wildlife Park, Dinosaur Park, Heatherton and Folly Farm.
