Caravan Description

We have a privately owned, three bedroom, ABI caravan with decking to let at Haven’s Kiln Park Holiday Park in Tenby, situated at 31 Kittiwake.

The caravan sleeps 8 guests and is very warm and welcoming. It is available for private hire and equipped for families and couples to have a very enjoyable holiday. The caravan is situated at kittiwake 31 in a very central position close to Reception, shop and all the amenities.

Open plan large kitchen, lounge with patio doors opening into UPVC, waterproof decking that has a settee, two chairs and a patio table. There is also a large round, wooden picnic table to the side of the caravan on a stone patio with grass surround, plenty of room to enjoy outdoor BBQs and games on a warm summer evening. Ideally suited and safe for children.

The caravan has doubled glazing and central heating throughout. Free Wi-Fi has been installed for our guests.
We have a highchair and travel cot available if required.
For your safety we have fire extinguishers, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detectors and a fire blanket.

Our own path leads to parking to the left around 29 metres away. There are also two car parks one to the front and to the right of the caravan.

The central lounge has a corner sofa with matching large footstool, coffee table, modern electric fire, 50 smart TV and DVD player with the free Wi-Fi. Cupboards have a variety of DVDs, board games, cards and books for both children and adults to enjoy on a cosy night in or a rainy day.

Our dining area has a table 4 chairs and a large modern wicker lamp. Our open plan kitchen has a shaped breakfast bar, a full size integrated fridge freezer, gas cooker with hob, oven and grill and a conventional cooker setting included, large family air fryer, kettle, toaster, toastie maker, utensils and cutlery. Plenty of cupboard storage and blue plinth lights surround the bottom of kitchen units to create a nice ambiance. Iron and Ironing board are also available.

Master bedroom has a double bed with en suite toilet and wash basin, mirror, vanity unit, wardrobes and drawers, bedside table each side of the bed, dressing table with a stool, a wall mounted 32” smart TV with integrated DVD player, and a hairdryer.

The second bedroom has two single beds with a very spacious layout, large wardrobe, drawers, a full size travel cot can fit in here as well if needed.

In the third bedroom, we have two single beds again, the layout gives more space as beds are end to end with separate wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables. All beds have mattress and pillow protectors, and duvet covers. Please, bring your own towels, tea towels and bed linen.

Family bathroom is complete with a large shower cubicle, wash basin, mirror, vanity unit and WC.



Booking and conditions

We require a £100 non-refundable deposit when booking.
The remaining balance will need to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date. Monthly payment options are available if required. Payments can be made by bank transfers or cheques.

Haven passes NOT included in the price quoted but can be purchased at reception or online only AFTER booking. Private guests need to book online, well ahead of your holiday, for activities, especially the indoor pool to avoid disappointment.
Restaurant tables can also be booked online, and takeaways can be ordered for delivery to the van.

Arrival 1pm, Departure 10.00am.
