Caravan Description
Our caravan to let at Kiln Park, has many extras to make your holiday enjoyable. The lounge has patio doors that open onto white UPVC, wraparound decking which has ample rattan furniture to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There is also a large wooden bench set on the paved patio area.
The lounge has a freestanding 3 seater settee and 2 seater settee, a coffee table with footstools, an electric fire, 43" wall-mounted Smart TV and Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling. We’ve had Wi-Fi installed within the last year too.
The kitchen is large, with ample cupboard space. It includes a gas cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a wall-mounted microwave. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs.
There is a large double bedroom with dressing table and mirror, a double wardrobe and a wall-mounted TV. There is also an en-suite which has a has a shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a TV. There is also a main shower room.
Our Kiln Park caravan is fully double glazed and centrally heated and for your safety there is a fire alarm and carbon monoxide alarm fitted.
An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are supplied.
We supply pillow protectors and mattress protectors, but DO NOT provide bed linen, tea towels or towels.
There is car parking close to the front of the caravan, as can be seen in one of the photos. It is situated in a quieter area of Kiln Park Holiday Park, yet within 5 minutes of the shop and approximately 8 minutes of the clubhouse.
Bookings & Conditions
We hire out our caravan from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday/Monday to Friday - we are prepared to be flexible.
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking (non-refundable). The balance must be received 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
A £50 security bond will also be required, which will be returned following your holiday, provided there is no loss, damage and/or breakages, and the caravan is left clean and tidy.
We DO NOT supply passes for the clubhouse. These can be purchased from the office.
Arrival time is 2.30pm and departure time is 10am.

About the Area
Haven’s Kiln Park Holiday Park has a large clubhouse, which includes nightly shows and children's entertainment starting at 6pm upstairs. There is a bar and restaurant serving a variety of meals, along with an indoor swimming and an amusement arcade downstairs. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, which is open during the warmer summer months.Tenby itself is a charming town with lots of bars and restaurants, a harbour and lovely beaches. There are a number of attractions near Tenby too, including Folly Farm and Manor Park.
In Pembrokeshire itself, there is St. David's which is a small cathedral city, as well as many other interesting places to visit.
