Welcome to our luxurious ABI Beaumont, a spacious 42ft by 14ft holiday home, newly sited in March 2022 at Osprey 9, Kiln Park. Set in a peaceful cul-de-sac with large private parking, a large lawned garden, and easy access to all park amenities, our holiday home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and convenience.

The caravan is beautifully presented and features double glazing and central heating throughout, ensuring a cosy stay whatever the season.

It offers two well-appointed bedrooms: the master king-size bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet, and hand basin. It also features generous wardrobe space, a dressing table, and a wall-mounted 32-inch TV with DVD player. The second bedroom is fitted with two full-size single beds, ample wardrobe and cupboard space, and a 20-inch TV with built-in DVD player.

The stylish, fully fitted kitchen is designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a full-size gas oven and hob, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, a full-size fridge freezer, and a large storage larder. Adjacent to the kitchen is a free-standing dining table with four chairs, perfect for family meals or relaxed breakfasts.

The lounge area provides plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fire for added warmth, and a 42-inch smart TV for your entertainment. Double patio doors open out onto a generous decking area that wraps around the front and side of the caravan. On the front decking, you'll find a small table with four chairs — ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks — while the side decking features a stylish four-seater rattan dining set for relaxed outdoor dining.

Bedrooms are equipped with king-size and single duvets, along with pillows. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels.

Outside, the private parking space and large garden area provide additional convenience and a pleasant setting for your stay. The caravan accommodates a maximum of four guests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Guests are also advised to arrange adequate holiday insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
We advertise Wi Fi but it is not guaranteed, especially during busy periods when the signal strength is poor.

We always maintain a strict no pets and no smoking or vaping policy inside the caravan.

Additionally, the charging of electric vehicles using the caravan’s electrical supply is not permitted.
Cancellation policy, more than 49 days, full refund less deposit, 48 to 28 days 50% refund less deposit, less than 28 days no refund.
Personal insurance is recommended to cover any cancellation issues.

A £100 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE THE BOOKING WITH FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED EIGHT WEEKS BEFORE THE HOLIDAY START DATE. AN £100 REFUNDABLE BOND IS REQUIRED AND RETURNED ON SATISFACTORY INSPECTION OF THE CARAVAN.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AND THERE IS A NO SMOKING OR VAPING POLICY INSIDE THE CARAVAN,

THE CHARGING OF ELECTRIC CARS USING THE CARAVAN SUPPLT IS NOT PERMITTED.

ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

WE THE OWNERS ARE NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR LOSS OF ANY PROPERTY SUFFERED BY THE HIRER.
PERSONEL BELONINGS ARE LEFT IN THE CARAVAN AT YOUR OWN RISKS.

CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE BIKES, SCOOTER SKATES ETC ON THE DECKING AREA.
ENTRY TO THE VAN IS AFTER 2P.M. WITH VACATION BY 10A.M.
