Our platinum graded lodge on Kiln Park is a 3 bedroom, 6 berth model with double glazing and central heating.

The lodge boasts expansive sliding patio doors leading out to the contemporary glass frontage with extensive wraparound decking to large side patio.

It also offers private parking and Wi-Fi.

This is our family-owned holiday home sited in St. Catherine's, a quiet area of Kiln Park, yet close to all amenities. It’s also within walking distance of tranquil Tenby town and the beautiful beaches of South Beach, Castle Beach and North Beach - the location of the popular and famous international Ironman Wales triathlon.

It is an immaculate lodge with full central heating, double glazing and modern insulation to maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the year.

Haven classify it as a ‘Platinum-Gold residential lodge’ (14 feet) but our superior Lodge exceeds Haven's specifications for both Gold and Signature!

The Lodge benefits from continuous sunshine throughout the day. The sun rises at the rear, giving a bright start to your holiday. As the sun continues its journey, the large patio on the side becomes the ideal place for breakfast in the fresh morning setting. The extensive decking continues to wrap around to the front, with its beautifully smoked-glass frontage, which is bathed with warm, evening sun rays, sometimes giving a spectacular sunset to finish the perfect day.


Bookings & Conditions

Quilts and pillows are supplied and all beds will have mattress protectors fitted. BEDDING INCLUDED, but you will need to supply your own towels etc. Launderette on site.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted, with all electrical items PAT tested.

Bookings accepted for families only (no single sexed groups) and minimum of 7 days through school holidays.
Please if you got allergies do not book.
STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED, due to health and safety insurance:

. no exceeding occupancy
. no smoking
. no vaping
. no candles
. no pets
. no disposal barbecues.

Leisure passes are NOT provided but can be purchased on site.

A £200 non-refundable deposit is required.

A further £200 security bond must be paid with the final balance. This will be refunded within 14 days of your departure as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

The Lodge will be ready from 3pm on the day of arrival. You will be required to exit by 10am on the last day of your day of departure.
