Caravan Description

Welcome to Shearwater 25, our luxurious, privately owned Windermere caravan to rent on Haven’s Kiln Park Holiday Centre in Tenby.

Families and couples are welcome. However, we DO NOT allow pets or group bookings.

Whilst you are staying within our caravan at Kiln Park, there is a STRICT NO SMOKING/VAPING & NO CANDLES policy.

We also ask you to respect the rule of no shoes; this is to ensure that caravan stays in the condition you arrived in to allow others to appreciate the cleanliness and luxury of this beautiful caravan. Situated next to the parking bay there is large, grassed area and patio for you to use.

Shearwater is very quiet, and sought after area for holiday lets, there is no through traffic making it safe for children to play outside.

Our 6 berth Gold Standard, luxury, family owned caravan consists of three bedrooms. The living room has freestanding three seater sofa and a two seater sofa, a 40” flat screen smart TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth speakers which you are able to connect to.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering oven, grill, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and all the inventory to cater for 6 people.

We have three bedrooms consisting of a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The double bedroom has a double bed, bedside units, bedside lights and storage. Both twin bedrooms have twin beds and storage, if needed the living area offers the option of a sofa bed. We also supply a hairdryer and all bedding is provided. Hand towels and tea towels are NOT included (please bring your own).

There is a shower room with toilet and the added benefit of a separate toilet.

Our holiday home has its own parking bay, and benefits from having patio doors leading out on to a large, wraparound decking area with a lockable gate and a seating area with table & chairs.

We also have a private patio area where you can enjoy a BBQ, along with the use of a table for up to six guests, which is perfect for outside dining and benefits from continuous sun throughout the day.



Bookings

We offer 4 night stays (Monday-Friday), 3 night stays (Friday-Monday), and we include 7 night stays (Friday-Friday) or (Monday-Monday).

The caravan will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

We require a non-refundable £150 deposit to secure your dates.
The full balance to be payed 6 weeks before your holiday.
A refundable £100 bond will be returned after the caravan has been thoroughly checked after your departure.
Bookings are non-refundable.

Keys to the caravan
The keys will be in the key safe box ready for arrival, which is opposite the side door. Keys must be placed back in the box on departure day. The code to this will be given out closer to the time of your holiday. Please DO NOT share with anyone else!
