Our beautiful Swift Bordeaux Exclusive, family-owned holiday home for hire on Haven's Kiln Park Holiday Park, is sited in a quiet cul-de-sac, with private parking space.

Caravan Description
Our Beautiful swift Bordeaux exclusive Family owned holiday home is sited in a quiet cul de sac on kiln park of all owners , it has its own private parking space, large decking and patio area . It’s close to the reception ,shop, outside pool, laundrette and main entertainment centre.
It’s our home from home & let out very minimal & it’s totally pet free due to allergies.
The caravan is Haven rated ‘Prestige /Gold’.
It has patio doors leading out onto large wraparound decking, complete with lockable gates and seating area with a new sofa set and table
We have 3 bedrooms and all bedding is included in price
The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet with wash basin, a double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dressing table and 22” TV. The two twin bedrooms each have a single wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There is also a TV/DVD player in one of the twin rooms.
The main bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and wall cabinet
The living room has two large, comfy sofas, a coffee table with stools, an electric fire, 40” Smart TV and FREE Wi-Fi.
Within the dining area is a table with 4 chairs & 2 extra folding
Our lovely, modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas oven/hob, integrated microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all the cookware, crockery, glasses, mugs and utensils you may need.
The caravan also has full central heating and double glazing, along with an alarm and fully tested smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Wi-Fi and bedding (pillows, duvets and mattress protectors) is included in our rental price.
Due to allergies all bedding is washed in non-scented liquid surcare
Please note that towels are NOT included.
Bookings & Conditions
SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED due to SEVERE family allergies. If pets are reported to be in the caravan, then unfortunately guests will have to leave immediately
NO SMOKING / VAPING allowed either inside the caravan or on the decking area.
We only accept family bookings & for MAX 6 people.
NO GROUPS allowed.
A £100 deposit will secure your dates.
A £200 security bond will also be required.
This will be refunded within 14 days as long as the caravan is left as CLEAN and IMMACULATE as found.
With no loss, damages and/or breakages, and NO rubbish or food left inside or out.
Cleaning products are supplied , including hoover.
A cleaning charge will be taken if excessive cleaning has to be done and or rubbish & food is not removed starting at £25
Entertainment passes are NOT included.
