Our beautiful Swift Bordeaux Exclusive, family-owned holiday home for hire on Haven's Kiln Park Holiday Park, is sited in a quiet cul-de-sac, with private parking space.

Caravan Description
Our Beautiful 3 bedroom swift Bordeaux exclusive Family owned holiday home is sited in a quiet cul-de-sac in Osprey of all owners , it has its own private parking space,WiFi & large wraparound decking.
It’s our home from home & let out very minimal.
It’s Allergy free, no pets & all non scented bedding
The caravan is 3 Haven rated ‘Prestige /Gold’.
It has patio doors leading out onto large wraparound decking, complete with lockable gates and seating area with a sofa set and table
The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet with wash basin, a double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dressing table and 22” TV. The two twin bedrooms each have a single wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There is also a TV/DVD player in one of the twin rooms.
The main bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and wall cabinet
The living room has two large, comfy sofas, a coffee table with stools, an electric fire, 40” Smart TV and Wi-Fi.
Within the dining area is a table with 4 chairs & 2 extra folding
Our lovely, modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas oven/hob, integrated microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, kettle and all the cookware, crockery, glasses, mugs and utensils you may need.
The caravan also has full central heating and double glazing, along with an alarm and fully tested smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Wi-Fi and bedding (pillows, duvets and mattress protectors) are currently included in our price
Please note that towels are NOT included.
Bookings & Conditions
SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED due to SEVERE family allergies. If pets are reported to be in the caravan, then unfortunately guests will be asked to leave immediately
NO SMOKING allowed either inside the caravan or on the decking area.
We only accept family bookings & for MAX 6 people.
NO GROUPS
A £100 deposit will secure your dates.
A £200 security bond will also be required.
This will be refunded within 14 days as long as the caravan is left as CLEAN and IMMACULATE as found.
With no loss, damages and/or breakages, and NO rubbish or food left inside or out.
A hoover, brush,dustpan/brush & cleaning products are left at caravan
Entertainment passes are NOT included.
Check in from 3pm
Departure by 10am
If caravan is ready early, guest will be contacted for early check in.
Terms & Conditions
This is our home from home & not a business, we politely ask that you leave our caravan as we leave it for you 😊A cleaning charge will be taken if excessive cleaning for changeover has to be done and if any rubbish & food is not removed starting at £30 from bond
