Caravan Description

Our caravan for holiday let at Kiln Park Holiday Park in Tenby, is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, around a 3-4 minute walk from the shop & 5-8 minute walk from the clubhouse.

Our three bedroom static caravan at Kiln Park consists of the master double bedroom that boasts an en-suite, plus a flat screen TV/DVD, and a further two bedrooms both with twin beds. All bedding and linen can be provided if needed.

Within the holiday home we have full mains connected gas central heating with the addition of an electric fire in the lounge.

The lounge area has a TV with a Freesat recordable box (so no need to miss any of your favourite programmes!), a DVD player, and a built-in radio and Bluetooth facility. Free Wi-Fi is also available for our guests, although the signal is not guaranteed, more so when the park is busy but hopefully this will be resolved this season (2025 - 2026)

In the fully equipped kitchen area, there is a full size fridge/freezer, full size gas oven with integrated grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a slow cooker (crock pot). Also a " Ninja 9.5 ltr dual zone air fryer. We also provide you with toilet rolls, washing up liquid, iron & ironing board, vacuum, and a hair dryer. To put your mind at rest we have installed carbon monoxide & smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

To the front of the caravan is a decking area which is only accessible through the French doors which makes it safe & secure for younger children. On the decking there is furniture to enjoy a drink or alfresco dining. The front of the caravan is south facing so it has sun the majority of the day in the summer months (Welsh weather permitting!).

There is private parking alongside the caravan, with additional outside seating, and a large parasol.


Access to the caravan on your arrival is through a key code box, so no need to queue in reception.

We require a £50 deposit to secure your date, this is non-refundable.

We also require a £200 bond, which is fully refundable, this is normally refunded within 48 hours, if the caravan is left clean and undamaged.

Apologies but no pets are accepted.
It is a Non Smoking caravan.

The caravan is generally ready between 12pm & 2pm as we clean the caravan ourselves. As soon as it's ready we will let you know usually by text.
