Welcome to our pet friendly, modern and spacious 2025 Victory Ashberry 3-bedroom caravan, it is situated on the highly sought-after St Tudwal’s development at Haven’s Hafan y Môr Holiday Park in North Wales.

This stylish holiday home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a pull out bed which makes space for 8 and features:

Master bedroom with double bed, built-in storage, and en-suite toilet

Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds and wardrobes

Double sofa bed in the lounge area

Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and WC

Open-plan living space with freestanding furniture and a 42" smart TV

Free high speed WIFI

Fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle

Dining area with seating for six (4 chairs and 2 stools)

Wraparound decking in agate grey with white posts, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets

Private parking space next to the caravan enough for 2 cars

Gas central heating and double glazing throughout, ideal for all seasons

We are pet friendly, but ask that all guests respect our pet policy for the comfort of future visitors.

Pillows and duvets are provided, please bring your own bed linen and towels.

This is a non-smoking caravan.

Terms & Conditions

By booking a stay at our privately owned caravan at Hafan y Môr, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

NOTICE - Indoor Swimming Pool Closure – January to June 2026

Haven has confirmed that the on-site indoor swimming pool complex at Hafan y Môr will be fully closed to all guests while major improvement works are carried out.

Closure period:
From 5 January 2026 to 5 June 2026 (inclusive).

These works include the installation of a new roof and solar panels and are part of Haven’s long-term investment in the park. This project, including its duration and scope, is entirely outside of our control as private caravan owners.

During this period:

The indoor swimming pool will not be accessible

Other park facilities may continue to operate subject to Haven’s own arrangements

Play Pass pricing is set by Haven and may be reduced during the closure

No refunds, cancellations, or compensation will be offered on the basis of this facility closure, and all bookings remain subject to our standard Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee the availability of park facilities, which are controlled by Haven.

By proceeding with a booking that falls within this period, you confirm that you understand and accept that the indoor pool will be unavailable during your stay.

Development & Construction Notice

Please be aware that Haven has confirmed planned development works at Hafan y Môr during 2025, specifically relating to Enlli and St Tudwal’s Phase 3, scheduled to commence from Monday 8 September 2025.

Work will take place weekdays only.

There may be noise disruption and construction traffic on certain park roads, including traffic control measures at the bridge during peak times.

This is outside of our control as private owners, and we cannot be held responsible for any disruption caused by these works.

Cancellations due to Development Works
Bookings made during this period remain subject to our standard Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds or compensation will not be offered on the basis of development-related disruption, as Haven continue to provide access to all facilities and are undertaking the work as part of essential improvements to the park.

Booking and Payment

A booking is not secured until the required deposit has been paid.

To confirm a booking, guests must pay:

A £75 non-refundable booking deposit, which is deducted from the total cost of the stay. This covers administration and loss of opportunity if the booking is cancelled.

A £75 refundable security deposit, held separately to cover damages, breakages, missing items, or excess cleaning. This is returned within 7–10 working days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection.

To complete a booking, guests must pay:

The remaining balance of the holiday cost must be paid in full 65 days before check-in. Any bookings outside of 65 days are required to pay a £150 deposit which is broken down as described in Booking and Payment section above, this will secure the booking.

If a booking is made within 65 days of the arrival date, full payment (including the £75 refundable security deposit) is required immediately at the time of booking. Bookings made within 65 days cannot be held without payment. If payment is not received, the booking will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours, and the dates will be released back into the calendar.

Security Deposit

A £75 security deposit is required with each booking.

This deposit covers damages, breakages, missing items, excess cleaning, or any disrepair beyond normal wear and tear.

The deposit will be returned within 7–10 working days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible while also protecting our small business. The following policy applies to all confirmed bookings:

Cancellation by the Guest:

More than 30 days 50% refund of the total booking cost (if full payment received excluding the non-refundable booking deposit) will be refunded.
30 days or less No refund
All cancellations must be notified to us in writing (email is acceptable). The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive written notice.

The £75 non-refundable booking deposit is always retained in the event of cancellation, regardless of the notice period given. This covers administration and loss of opportunity to re-let the caravan.

The £75 refundable security deposit, if already paid, will always be returned in full if cancellation occurs before the stay.

Part payments: Any part payments made are non-refundable unless the cancellation is more than 30 days before check-in and the full balance had been paid at the time of cancellation.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation confirmation and receipt of the guest’s bank details.

Failure to Pay

In line with our Booking & Payment terms, payment (or an agreed alternative arrangement) must be received within the required timeframe:

More than 65 days before arrival: balance due 65 days before check-in.

Within 65 days of arrival: full payment required immediately.

If payment is not received, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and the non-refundable booking deposit will be retained. The £75 refundable security deposit, if paid, will be returned in full. Cancellation will result in the dates being released back into the calendar.

No refunds are due in this circumstance, as the booking was not confirmed.

No-Shows & Early Departures

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

Cancellation by the Owner

In the unlikely event that we are required to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. emergency repairs or park closure), you will receive a full refund of all monies paid, including your security deposit.

Booking Terms

A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment (and the £75 security deposit, or an agreed payment arrangement) has been received.

Until that point, the requested dates will remain open for others to book.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: From 4:00 PM on arrival day

Check-out: By 10:00 AM on departure day

Departures after the check-out time may result in loss of the security deposit and/or additional charges unless previously agreed.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

All rubbish must be removed, and used dishes cleaned before departure.

Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the caravan.

Failure to follow these requirements may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Pets & Responsibilities

We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at the caravan, but kindly ask that owners follow a few simple rules to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Dogs must not be left unattended in the caravan at any time.

Guests must clean up after their dogs both inside and around the caravan.

Any damage caused by dogs, including but not limited to soiling, chewing, or scratching, will be deducted from the £75 security deposit. If the cost of repair or cleaning exceeds the deposit amount, the lead guest will be liable for the full cost of damages.

By bringing a dog, you agree to these terms.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number stated at the time of booking.

The lead guest must be aged 18 or over and is responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party.

Loss, Damage & Liability

We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the caravan or its contents and agree to pay any costs not covered by the security deposit.

Use of Facilities
Guests must comply with all site rules and respect neighbouring caravans and guests.

The use of park facilities is subject to Haven’s own terms and may require additional passes (Passes will not be provided).

Agreement
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions

You understand the refund and deposit policies outlined above

You accept full responsibility for your party’s conduct during the stay.

You understand and accept that we are responsible for the accommodation only. All park facilities, entertainment, activities, and amenities are provided and managed by Haven, may be subject to closure, restriction, or change at any time, and fall entirely outside of our control and responsibility.
