Caravan Description

Our immaculately presented caravan has 3 bedrooms (1 double with en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms) all with fitted storage.

The living room has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, gas fire, 40” smart TV, DVD player, Xbox and a Sky box with all Freeview channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, grill, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as a range of culinary utensils, pots and pans.

The caravan has a large wrap around decking area which receives the sun throughout the day and evening. Outdoor seating is provided for you to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

The caravan is situated centrally on site, only 5 minutes walk from the beach and entertainment hub.

There are a range of activities on site facilitated by Haven, as well as daytime and evening entertainment at the main hub.

There is a small supermarket on site, as well as the Mash and Barrel Restaurant, Cooke’s Fish and Chip shop, Papa John’s Pizza and Millie's cookies.

Please note that entertainment /activity passes are not included and are purchased directly from Haven. Once full payment is received, your details are added to the Haven system, Haven will then make contact via email with a link for you to purchase passes.

Check in is at 3pm on your date of arrival and checkout is at 10am on your day of departure. Check in days are generally Friday's and Monday's, however, if you have any specific requests for alternative check in or check out dates please feel free to enquire.

We do ask for a deposit of £100 to secure your dates, this also acts as a damage deposit which is refunded 3-7 days after your stay following inspection. Payment of the full balance is required 6 weeks prior to your stay.

There are many places to visit in the local area and across North Wales including the beautiful Black Rock Sands Beach which is accessible from the Greenacres site.

As a family we have made many happy memories at Greenacres, and we hope that our guests can experience the same enjoyment and make their own precious memories.
